I would caution everyone DO NOT order, let alone do a layaway online!!!! Sears is not the company it use to be! I myself refuse to spend another dime at Sears until they bring there customer service back to america or properly train the people who are handling it ! Teach them that the script they have to go by dont work for everything. Yes they saving money by sending the jobs overseas but the customers are suffering! I recently did an online layaway, once I finished paying for it my items came in the mail. One of my items was severely damaged (the dress had a hole in it from the theft sensor being ripped off), I also wanted to return another one of the dresses I ordered. I went to the store as I was told once I got there I found out that they could only see orders for 30 days. So if you do a layaway and you pay it out pass 30 days your S.O.L. to return it in the store. I was told I have to call customer service and have them send me out a return label. The cashier and I called customer service in the store, the end result of that call was they were gonna email me a return label. I call customer service back to ask about a price adjustment and I was told again go to the store. I told them what I was told in the store they insisted that the store could take the items. I then asked for a manager, this is no lie I was hung up on, transferred to a ringing line. I ended up calling customer service like 8 times in a row asking for a manager I never got. I finally got a manager I tell him my issue he offers me 30.00 in sears points (as if thats something for the headache thats just gas from the pointless trip I made to the store). I tell him I wanted to return one item he asked me which one I gave him the item number so it was no question, He tells me I have to pay a restocking fee to return the dress!?!?!?!?!? Im confused since when did sears start charging a restocking fee for returning clothes? I then asked about the price adjustment (mind you they had the dress on their website for 12.99 different from 27.99 it was) I was told even being the dress is on the site because it was not available to buy they cant adjust the price. My thing is this whether its available or not the last going price was 12.99 and I just bought it on layaway like a month ago so why cant it be honored? He then transfers me to a case manager. After going back through all my issues he then offers me 10.00 refund. Now with this I clearly told him the card they have is not a working card and ask if he needed the new one he said no Id be receiving a check in the mail, he said Id also get a return label for the dress I wanted to return which I gave him the dress number, size, everything he needed to know which dress I wanted to return. I still have yet to the date to get my issues resoved

My first and last trip to this Sears. I spent half my time there looking for an employee to help. When I ended up finding one, he was in mid conversation with a friend and didnt stop to help me. I patiently waited for up to ten minutes for him to help me and eventually ended up walking away to try and help myself find what i was looking for. I ended up going back to see if he ass done. He was not. I decided to buy the thing i already had and forget about the other thing. He motioned for me to come to the register not saying a word to me still in mid conversation. Rung me up, asked me how i was doing, and in mid response he cut me off and starting talking to his friend. He walked away from ringing me up and came back 3 minutes later to finish and didnt say another word to me. Terrible experience. Terrible service. Not going back.

First off, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone or speak to you in the tools department without going in. Second, the auto repair section is overpriced and they wont do a good job. I went in for an oil change and 1 month later my oil light comes on. I check the levels and it was extemely low. Ok maybe i had a leak so i added oil and my level stayed the same to this day. I also noticed i had literally NO antifreeze which i had prior to going there. Its a shame to see how far this company has fallen.

This is the worst experience with a online purchase I bought luggage online and the store refused to take back what a mess to return something will never shop at sears again. Arbor Place Mall is the pits so diappointed.

Dont expect them to get in a hurry or keep a schedule. Their technicians spend more time playing on their phones than they do working on your vehicle. The best thing you can do is go somewhere else
