First I bought a watch from here within a month I had to change the battery. The lady who was helping with my battery was very rude. Because of had the protection plan I had 1 free battery, and she was very upset I didnt tell her that right away. Second I bought a bracelet and within a month I had to bring it back to have the clasp fixed. So I spoke wth someone at jewelry who didnt know want to do. So I spoke with the store manager. She was very nice, efficient, and helpful. She told me Id get a call when it was ready for pick up. So when I went to pick it up it was near closing time, approximately 7-10 minutes to close. The door was locked, employees were walking past the door like I wasnt there. I knocked on the door the stared at me continued about there business. Needless to say, I havent been back since.

Nothing left to offer here. Going out of business. A perfect example of what will happen when the buying decisions are made in Dallas and upper management does not listen to middle management along with the floor associates. KOHLS came into town and had a fresher look and more fashionable selection.

Its better than its been in years, but needs some updating. It feels dark and dank. The clothes is typical JC Penny (good, cheap mens slacks FYI) but the environment needs hit with some febreeze and a new look.

Was pre black Friday so store was packed but they were great at getting you what you needed and thru the registers.
