Out of all of the Ross stores Ive been to, this one is by far the worst. Horrible customer service. The staff is so rude and could care less. I was told to stand in the regular line with a return because ONLY the return line was open. Got all the way up to the front and a manager finally came up and opened a lane. Then told me I had to move over and wait in the return lane. Ive been standing here for twenty minutes.

Ross seems to always have something I need, something that fits, something unexpected, priced nicely. Just have to examine closely, find the flaw and determine if its acceptable. Most times they are, barely detectable, or sometimes not even flawed. 5 stars here because the location is in a newer development, with a gargantuan expansive parking lot, and a brand new looking Super Target.

Can find cute stuff but worst customer service. There is a short woman that works the front counter that has no idea how to work a business or treat customers. She is one of those who likes to say no more than yes so she can feel like she has some authority. With the drive to go to Marietta location..

I would give a 0 star if available... the loss and prevention guy threatened us to arrange and organize all the clothes we see take a look at. The guys here are lazy a**** they ask customers to do their jobs.. I would anytime prefer Marshalls than this after today..

Even though they are open until 11, they didnt have the best variety of womens and childrens items. This is one of the worst Ross in the Atlanta area.

Great shopping center, can enjoy walking around and feel safe. Clean area. Store was relatively well organized.
