We spent too much time this past visit waiting for the computers and cash registers to work. The photographer was wonderful with our three small kids, and the pictures came out great, but the wait was horrible. It took me 20 minutes at the register just to pick my pictures up.

Had to call store 4 times before i could get any help. Elder beermans has same carpet shampooer for $53 cheaper and they dont know if they can give me difference. I just bought it last friday and not opened yet. So i will gobuy the one elder beermans abd returnsears

One of the most depressing stores in the mall. It stinks when you walk in and the smell doesnt go away. Everything is musty and some of the clothes on the racks feel slightly damp. They have a good selection of clothes but shopping here makes me want to die.
