Went to self checkout, rang up purchase and proceeded to checkout using 2 methods of payment. After 2nd method, computer froze up. They handed my merchandise over to a cashier so she could ring me through and thats when the s!@t hit the fan. They didnt believe that I had been able to pay any portion of my purchase, therefore calling me a liar. I protested, in front of several people and they Still said there was no way I had paid any odd the purchase price. Called my debit card company and it had indeed been processed. They wouldnt talk to the person I had on the phone and they continued to say making that payment was impossible. Needless to say, I will Not spend my money in this location again! Call me a liar, you dont deserve my business

I was in there the other day to buy paint & I stood at the paint desk for 10 minutes before anyone came & asked me if I needed assistance. I then had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone who knew how to assist me came & helped me. Then , when I went to check out , there was only 5 of the 25 registers opened. None of the self checkouts were opened. It was the middle of the day. The lines were long. It was horrible. I just tried calling a few minutes ago because I lost my wallet & it took 5 times of me calling back to back to back for anyone to answer. The woman who answered was very short & rude & immediately hung up. I will not be going back to this Wal-Mart again if I dont have to.

Staff i spoke too was unfriendly and rude. I was looking for a specific product that the app said was in stock. The department lead assured me it was wrong and would not check the back. I spoke with customer service and asked about the items stock status. I explained the situation and they said there was nothing they could do to look it up. I should have found a manager but i was already fed up and left.

They seem to be the best Walmart for stock in groceries and pricing so far except for meat department is higher than sales at Kroger and other stores. Motorized carts seem to be more available for the disabled at this store in the Hamilton and surrounding areas!! More clothing selection and varying sizes of clothing!! Would give 5 stars if meat was priced to compare with Krogers sale prices

I used to work at this walmart. I always enjoy coming here to see old faces new and old. They always have what I need. Very helpful in every section of the store. I would agree they do need at least two more night cashiers for those busy lines at night. But all n all its better than others Ive been in.

Always have essential items out of stock. Always re-stocking the shelves at the **worst** times, such as during the Saturday morning grocery rush. Hardly any cashiers working. The people working there are not helpful, lack basic knowledge of the store, products, and people skills.

Totally awesome , But if you buy a phone 30 days up it breaks they will not refund nor exchange, They did it to my wife, we had reciept box phone just stop working, they would not help us Just a FYI. ..Other then that its clean stock n mind cashiers, I like the store..

Typical visit @ Wal-Mart. Hardly no cashiers waiting in line and walking two city blocks before I can get outta their. The only best entertainment Ive had in a bit was the other night around 11pm, people was yelling at each other. Other than that, Typical visit.

The great Satan. Hate myself everytime I go there. I try my best to shop locally. Cant find help in the store no cashiers when you try to get out of the store. The minimum amount of people in the store to help their customers the minimum the bare minimum.

They have quite a few unprofessional associates that make the good ones look bad. Management is terrible, the place is dirty and cluttered half the time but hey Im not surprised. Its a wal mart in Hamilton and everything sucks in Hamilton.

This store never has good stock its like they stock the minimum. They do not even stock items that other nearby walmarts keep in stock. There are always lines at the register .and the autmated lanes are only capable of 20 items or less

the meat dept doesnt answer the phones at 10am on Sundays. but the supervisor did run over there and to get the info I needed. However he didnt know a corned beef brisket brisket from corned beef flat! Sigh and He tried tho :-(

Always great prices. Use Savings Catcher and price match to save even more. Always busy place but usually well stocked unlike many of the surrounding grocery stores. Nice to get everything needed for the home in one place.

Its Wal-Mart. Nuff said. It isnt dirty, but the employees seem super miserable. You should probably give them some reason to be there other than a paycheck. Incentives work wonders.
