Try actually purchasing their furniture and having insurance placed on all items and then when we actually had an issue with our almost $3,000 sectional sofa their tech comes to our house with bullsh*t fillers to fill in the cut holes in my leather sofa nearly all the pieces were damaged and then the tech tells me he has to spray paint it with a can of car paint type spray, inside my home. My other issue which was one of the recliners wouldnt close with ease you had to force kick it in to close, he stated that problem wasnt on his work order so he couldnt do anything about that. But when I call the woman tells me its in their system. So after arguing and not wanting the tech to spray paint in my apartment due to my 3 year old daughter being home with me I finally said ok just fix it and that Ill put some fans to blow out the air and then I started to take pictures of the damage on my sofa and suddenly they said they didnt want to fix it anymore that they will take a look at the pics the tech took and then get back to me with their decision which came around 4:41pm. This serves me and my wife a lesson with this company and the $7,000 we were going to spend next month to furnish our 2nd apartment so we can rent it out. So please to those thinking about walking into one of these so called Nice Name Brand Stores, I was treated better at Bobs Furniture store when my brother in law broke the arm rest of a $600 3 seat sofa that i purchased back in 2013 and only had insurance for 1 year...With Raymour we paid for 5 year protection and this 1st and only damage happened after making our 2nd year having this sofa...SMH

I must say, I had a wonderful experience with this R&F. First, our sales rep (Miriam Colon) was just great! She was not overbearing, had knowledge of everything we asked, was patient, honest, she was just great. I wish all sales rep were like her. ( FYI she is bilingual, spanish) The delivery came just as they stated. I got my mattress the next day and our sofas 3 days later. Furniture was in great condition. No issues. Besides the store calling us to let us know the time frame, the delivery men did as well. The delivery men were professional and also provided an outstanding performance. Now, I just got the furniture so lets see how they hold up but I can say I will be shopping here again. No complaints at all and I will be going when Miriam is on. Thank you guys!

We were counting on delivery for tomorrow for our $5,200 worth furniture just to find out they canceled delivery without letting us know. Their finance department kept coming up with new excuses.When I called them, I was told "We are not going to send you furniture for free!" in a very rude way. The lady didnt even ask if I can give a card number for deposit or sth like that, which I would have expected. Instead she said she will be able to help me cancel the order.....???????? Is this the way any smart person would do business???? I feel bad for the nice sales person who spent his time for us and lost his commission because of a retard!

Esta tienda no la recomiendo, hacen 2 semana que les compre una cama doble a mis hijos y los LADRONES que isieron el DELIVERY se quedaron con la madera que le da el soporte a la madera de abajo para que cuando te acueste, la madera no se rompa... Ya van 2 semana y no me han dado la MADERA...

This is a store that you go into when youre usually looking for something for the house. They have good options although the last time we placed an order for a very nice sofa in a beautiful color they told us it came in, when they put the order through we were notified that they didnt have the color and it couldnt be special ordered. They offer you bottled water when you go in and a representative is working with you. The staff are usually very nice and helpful which is always a plus and the store is right in the mall so you can do mire shopping after or get something to eat.

My experience with Raymour & Flanigan was wonderful !! I had just come from a terrible experience with another Furniture store, and I was very nervous. My salesman put me at ease and worked with me to get the best deal. He was patient and kind and very professional. I am very pleased with my furniture and the process from beginning to end was truly professional. The delivery men were respectful and put me at ease. My furniture looks great and I am so happy I went to Raymour & Flanigan ! I highly recommend them !!

Purchased a couch for 2400.00, and later called for a refund. its close to three weeks later and STILL no refund posted to my account. Every call im rushed off the phone and they always say "ill process it now"...ive heard that lie 3x now!!! They cant or refuse to give me a confimation that the refund has been processed! NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE AGAIN! Ive never seen a simple refund take 3 WEEKS! Do not shop here completely unprofessional

I went to raymor & flanigan in Yonkers on Central Ave. Sales Rep Henry Oneal should definitely get fired. He lied about prices and the delivery date. He and the Hispanic chick with the long black hair should be terminated immediately. Wish I knew her name. Typical attitude of trash. I dont care to ever shop there. I really hope something can be done about them losing their jobs asap. This was on a sunday on May 7, 2017

Robert Molina was our sales rep. We went to purchase a sofa and love-seat, after experiencing a debacle at Ashley Furniture. I fell in love with a set of recliners. They fit through the door and the delivery guys were awesome. I will definitely return for my future purchases.

The folks working on the shipping dock were very polite and helpful as I was picking up some furniture. The store sells good quality furniture at reasonable prices. The staff working there is experienced and helpful. Ill go back there again.

All they care about are sales. Customer service in the store is great but they lie and give you a delivery date without checking their inventory. All of the furniture I ordered took months to finally be delivered.
