Greenville,Oh. Being in a power chair, it is difficult to get my groceries. I cannot pull a cart behind me,I sprained my shoulder trying that. Can not push one handed. There are no more small baskets to gather things in. I have to get one of your laundry baskets then when that is full, I have to go to the front of the store to off load into a regular cart. Today I needed cat food and cat litter. I had to find an employee to lift the 16 # of cat food. Also the 35 #of cat litter into the cart then he pushed it up to the ship to store area. Then I made three trips back and forth to fill the laundry basket then to replace into the regular cart. Then I had to find another employee to push the cart to the register. I had one lady who pushed the cart and unloaded it onto the belt. Change ladies second girl put the bags into the cart then the young man running the register had to close his line to push my cart out to my van and loaded my groceries. All very nice people but the inconveniences of having to do this. Then half the time the hot deli and the meat deli are closed. Each time I wanted lunch meat were all during busy hours. Like after working , and even Saturday afternoon. I am only one person but As I talked to others who stopped at the deli all are getting feed up with the service. I now get my hot and meat deli across the street at Krogers. I am no afraid of you lunch meats because of all the doesnt time and the amount not being sold, I wonder just how old is the lunch meat that you are passing as fresh. There are no dates that I can read on the packaging. Seriously thinking of changing my meds to Krogers and just do all my shopping there.

They will not let you purchase alcohol unless everyone in your party has id of 21 or over but you can buy aerosol paint, glue, cigarettes, ammo, and fuel additives and they only id the buyer "SOMETIMES". Store policy is a joke. What is that preventing? Underage alcohol sale? If we wanted to buy alcohol for minors we wouldnt bring them in the store. Were out shopping with our families and friends and Wal-Mart looks at us like criminals.

I would give this location zero stars if I could! Terrible terrible terrible customer service at the sales/return service desk. They Had a clerk laugh at a family member of mine that has mental health issues ... also they never have more than one checkout lane open because theyre Fuc**** ignorant! I recommend all to shop @ Kroger

Absolutely hate this store. Poor customer service, check out is a complete joke, even with new self checkout. If you compare prices around town, they arent really any cheaper. If you shop here, you should feel ashamed for supporting a company that undermines its works, communities, and the nation as a whole.

I have tried to call for the past 4 hours and no one will answer the telephone. I have let the phone ring for at least two minutes each time. Are you really that busy that no one has time to answer the phone or are you short staffed? Or do you just not care. I have called at least 8 times.

The only saving grace of this place is that theyre open 24/7. Most of the people Ive talked with are either clueless about what you ask them or they just make you feel like you are a bother to them. They need to return to the values they exhibited when they first opened.

They have thirty checkout lanes and thru the busiest times of the day, they will have at max ten open total ! So with that, you end up standing in line for twenty minutes ! I feel that this is really the only complaint you could have with this place

not impressed .. staff is not friendly or willing to help unless asked.. and then sometimes ya can tell its an inconvenience. finding stuff can be a pain. and stand in line forever to check out .. unless u do self check out

They do not have enough registers open. You wait in line forever just to get 2 items. Better off running to a dollar General if you only need one or a few items. Even self checkout has lines.

Here on a Saturday evening and out of 16 checkout lanes and 2 speedy checkout lanes......only 3 lanes open with lines out into the departments. This is stupid. This place is getting worse.

Two registers open..doors on northside locked at 11pm..no notice that it was policy..so i had to walk 2 young kids and a cart full of stuff across parking lot...no a happy mom

Love the selection and prices. Online order pickups are great, too. Only minor drawback is sometimes checking out can be irritating when you see so many unused checkout lanes

20 some checkouts and only 4 open which are always backed up .......need to sell the other check outs and replace with benches for the 15-20 min waits
