This was absolutely the best experience I have had buying a vehicle in many years. I contacted Christian on a referral from the manager of a rental location. I had rented a car for a weekend and enjoyed driving it so much I decided that I would like to own one like it. Upon returning the rental I told that to the manager of the rental location and he said that when and if I decided to buy that Enterprise sold cars, which I had forgotten. So a few days later I called Christian and told him of my experience and I also told him which car I would be interested in buying. He advised me to go to the sales website and see if anything there struck my fancy. I did that and called him back and told him of my choice. We talked about possible purchase dates and agreed to talk again in one week. He very politely called me back in a week and I told him that I had seen a car that I fell in love with on the website. I gave him the information about the car and we made an appointment to test drive and look around the lot. My wife and I went over with several cars picked although the one I loved was still number one in my mind. I didnt see it on the lot and Christian said no problem they could bring it from wherever they needed to bring it. We narrowed the search don to the one car and amazingly it turned up right outside the office. We looked at it and before we let committed to that car. I wrote him a check for the full amount and he and the entire staff bent over backwards to satisfy us. We picked the care up the next day after it was shined up. I have never been more satisfied with a car buying experience. Christian and the entire staff at Tampa Enterprise Care Sales were exceptional in every. By the way, the car is a Chrysler 200 c . Top of the line, which I didnt start out expecting, so thats an extra bonus. My wife drives it with no difficulty and since we kept our other car, we now have 2 Chryslers that we like very much. All around good experience. I will recommend them to friends.

I got a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this company and Ive only had it for 2 weeks. During the first seven days I took it back to the company because I felt like something was wrong with this truck and Mr. Sal test drove it for me and he stated that he did not see anything wrong, but I know that something was wrong, but Now I come home from work and I go to back the truck in and instead of reversing while its in reverse it goes forward, then jerks real hard and now the engine light is on and it states that something is wrong with the brakes and the transmission and the lights for the gears are flashing and wont shut off. I explained to the gentleman there that I needed this car for the safety for me and my children, because my other car kept breaking down and look what they did to me!! Now I have a New Car thats doing the same thing that I have to make payments on and because the seven days is up Im stuck paying on a vehicle that is not functioning properly and that is Very Dangerous For Me and My Children!! I really did not think that they would do this to me especially after this was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this company and Ive been telling everyone to go there and that this company can be trusted, but thats not TRUE!! They told me that only one person has driven this vehicle and that was there boss. They told me that as soon as this vehicle came off of the truck he drove it and that there was nothing wrong with it and I really trusted them! Now all I can do is to put it in Gods hands, because I really dont know what to do as a single mom!! These guys really took at vantage of me!

The location where we had originally reserved the car was closed when we arrived at 12:30pm on a Saturday. Even though I had booked through Expedia, I did call the location directly, confirmed our flight arrival and not a word was mentioned that no one would be there! Called 800# and was told no problem, they had a car waiting for us 5 miles away. Got to that location and was told at first that there were no cars available! Then told it would be an hour wait. Not happy after a full day of travel. In the end, the management and staff did their best to get us out and on our way given limited resources, and the bill was adjusted. All in all it worked out but the local office either needs more cars or more staff so as to not have a room full of impatient and frustrated customers. ,

We started the process by finding the car we liked online and then contacted Enterprise to get the ball rolling. We could not have been more pleased to end up on the desk of Christine at the Tampa office. I change out cars every five years so I have been through may dealers in my lifetime. I have never worked with a more courteous person and sales staff. They are fair and will work with you to get the job done. On more than one occasion, they went above and beyond to make sure that everything about the car was up to the high standard they expect. Thanks to Christine and the entire sales staff of Enterprise Car Sales Tampa.

Worse experience. We purchased the car over thanksgiving holidays. Car arrived dirty, 1500 more miles than promised, employees were disorganized couldnt figure out financing, and now 3 months later we still dont have registration, title, and because we went with an outside bank they told us we didnt have GAP(which we paid for through enterprise day of purchase, again they just told us about the GAP issue last week 3 months after purchase). Its been so long no bank will provide because you need to sign up day of purchase. The car is fine, we enjoy it.. Its a Volvo s60. Avoid the Hillsborough Dealership unless you enjoy pain...

I was treated with respect. My needs were heard and I was given choices for a new used car. The sales personal were polite, understanding and compassionate. I noted that the sales crew did not pressure me, and gave me all the car facts upfront. Many thanks are given to Terrel and Mr Williams i really appreciate the facts that my cargo in a rental was transferred into my Nissan Hatchback. I was taught about the features of the car and how to use the many functions inside the my Nissan Hatchback. Terrel even went out of his way to have me sign a form in my neck of the woods, Brooksville, Florida.

The staff I worked with was Ricardo and Sal mainly they went the extra mile for me to help me get into a car now ...my car was involved in an accident which i was not at fault and totaled it i was treated very good and Mr James kept calling and trying to get me approved until he did with car payment lower than the car I had before..this is my 2nd car that was a enterprise car 1 owner and hopefully I will be getting my 3rd car in the next year and it to will be a enterprise car ... I tell everyone I know about enterprise thanks so much Ricardo Sal and Mr James for going that extra mile 4 me :)
