Make sure that you visit Cyber Car Store if you are shopping for a used car. Not only will you find a great selection of quality low-mileage vehicles, but the experience is a real change from the ordinary used-car dealer: no high pressure sales, no hassles, no false promises. I found an older model Audi A4 Cabrio in great condition inside/out with low miles in a color combination that I get compliments on everywhere I go. When a transmission issue surfaced after purchase on a holiday weekend at the very end of my 30-day warranty, Cyber Car Store had my vehicle inspected by their mechanic and eventually took it into Tampa from Tarpon Springs to a mechanic who specializes in German car repair. Some tweaks were made but within a week after getting my car back the issue returned and Cyber Car Store stood by its promise of 100% customer satisfaction and the original 30-day warranty. Thank you Vince for introducing me to my new go-to mechanic Alex! I LOVE MY CAR! And when we are in the market for another used vehicle, Cyber Car Store will be our first (and most likely only) stop. Whether you are local, or far, I highly recommend you dont look anywhere else!

Found the car of my dreams through USAA Internet car buying service, but that is only half the story. I emailed Vince and within minutes, he called me to discuss my trade and cost to purchase a 2006 Corvette convertible. Pictures did not do the car justice; not a scratch or evidence of wear on the entire vehicle. It drives like a brand new car at half the cost. After arriving at the dealership, I test drove the car and received the exact deal we discussed over the telephone the day before. Vince and the entire staff demonstrated the type of honesty and integrity you rarely find today. I was looking for a very particular car and Cyber Car Store had it. I wanted a 1980s Lincoln Town Car with low milage and in great condition; the car I bought and am loving each day was not in great condition, it was in mint condition. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor!!! I called and spoke with Vince on the phone and he was extremely helpful.
