I took my wedding band in to Guzzettas for repair after going to numerous other jewelry stores to try to get some inner-band engraving filled in. The other stores either said it couldnt be done or said they couldnt do it - said the gold color couldnt be matched perfectly or that it would take removing too much gold to polish it out. Guzzettas said no problem, they would FILL the letters with gold solder and then polish....ended up great and they also refinished the outside, with appropriate areas satin finish and other areas polished. Then it dawned on me that theres a difference between a mall jewelry store and an actual jeweler.
