Horrible customer service, they told me an amount one day and then I came in a couple days later and he completely chopped the price to little but nothing.. if your gonna say one price one day it would be nothing but courteous to keep that same price the same especially since I spoke to the same gentleman the first time... after that I asked to speak to the manager but I had already left so I called them and the same guy that I spoke to in the store picked up the phone and said "I am the manager what do you want" I didnt even wanna speak to him after because thats no proper not professional way to talk to a customer or speak to them... I am beyond disappointed in the customer service i received

Very fair and professional. My transaction was was for the sale of multiple gold pieces and jewelry that I had not used for decades. They tested them for gold content and priced each of them them based on content and market prices, all right in front of me while I waited. One item was in fact not gold, (which I sort of suspected for years) it was silver dipped in gold. This was a "gold" pendant stamped 14k on the back that I bought in Mexico in the seventies. I still got from them the amount I paid for it "as if it was gold" back in 1976. I was in and out in 18 minutes and happy with my payment.

I am a young man (24) and I am interested in diversifying investments. I do not have tons of money but with the money I do have I like to put it into my mutual fund and silver. I had gone to another coin/jeweler and the owner there just dismissed me and treated me like a second rate customer. I took my money and went home to search for another coin/jeweler nearby. It was just my luck that I found Sal. He treated me well and gave me a great price. I wont do business anywhere else. Thanks Gold Rush!

I went to Gold Rush Coins and Jewelry after visiting several other gold buying businesses in Roseville. They were pleasant to deal with and offered me double the amount I had been quoted elsewhere. I immediately called my friend to tell her this was the place to sell her gold. Dont waste your time at those other places, this is the real deal! Not to be confused with the kiosk at the Galleria, they have no affiliation with Gold Rush on Sunrise Blvd.

Just came back from their Roseville location on douglas blvd and sierra college. Very professional, nice, and made my gold selling experience great! Plus, they gave me more for my gold than ANY other gold buying place out there. Very knowledgeable staff. I will definitely refer everyone I know to go there and plan on returning in the future. You can sell your gold, coins, etc with confidence knowing your not getting ripped off.

Excellent service! Very friendly! Had my first experience buying silver and it could not have gone better. I have always thought of the jewelry places in strip malls to be sketchy but I was completely wrong about Gold Rush. Anthony and Russ, I think I have their names right but could be wrong, were very informative and super friendly!! I recommend any first time buyers or sellers to check them out!

I took in a old ring that was yellow gold that i havent been wearing for years plus a coin i got as a gift and had no idea what it was worth .. I got $800 for a coin and a $100 for the ring !! When he ask me what i wanted I told him $500 as a joke thinking I was going to get $250 if i was lucky .. It feels like Christmas in july !! Thanks suckers ....lol

I had gone to one of those Gold/Coin buying roadshows at a local hotel with some silver coins I wanted to sell and was offered $350 for the bunch. I thought that sounded low. I went to Gold Rush this morning and received over $500 for the same exact coins. Do not go to the road show buyers, Gold Rush will treat you fairly. I am a customer for life.

I gathered up a few pieces of gold and didnt want to drive all the way to Sharifs so I took it to the new place on Sunrise since I pass that way every day.. I knew how much they should pay before and it was less then I thought.. So I drove to Sharifs and they paid me exactly what it should of been.
