The best in the area with all the extras you would expect in a full service Jewlery Store. They have everything from the high end to Estate jewelry and have made more effort than any other shop I have been to in years to satisfy my wants and needs. From Repairs to no hassle retooling of anything that ever came back even a little off. They do have constraints that every other Retailer would have with the Wholesalers and Vendors but always warn you when buying specialty or brand name items like watches or pens of the constraints that go along with high end repairs, warrantees and the time it takes to have well known brands sent out. They have always came through for me and treat me in a way that makes me feel very special. The Manager is great and is not afraid to spend time answering questions along with those who help at the counter. The repairs have been outstanding and when ever there has been a misunderstanding they have allways steped up and made things right. For a brick and mortar store you could not ask for much else. They are the only B&M I use anymore and have been going for the past 5 years. Always fun to go and window shop the Estate case and I never feel presured into anything. Very Generous when able, by the book when not and not afraid to tell it like it is. This is a real jewlery store with a seasoned staff. The real deal!

I was humiliated at this store!! I brought in a ring that I thought needed a sapphire replaced. The saleswoman looked at my ring through a loupe and said the stone I wanted replaced had an inclusion and thats why it looked discolored to the eye. She even found a second stone that she thought had the same problem. She handed my ring to the jeweler/owner and he wanted to clean it before letting me know the cost of replacing any stones. After the ring was cleaned, it looked better but I thought it was best that I go ahead and replace the stones anyway - since I was told they had inclusions. The jeweler/owner came out from the back - was agitated and yelled at me for wanting to go forward with the replacement. I was so shocked at his reaction to me, I couldnt say a word - I just kept looking at my ring while he repeated himself about three times - throwing his hands in air and making a scene. I was so choked up and embarrassed that I just stood up and walked out. I appreciate the fact he didnt want to charge me for something he felt was unnecessary, but his reaction to me came out of nowhere and I wont be dealing with this store again.

My wife and I visited their office, picked out a diamond necklace and were both provided information that was untrue. Since I requested an appraisal, they had one done and it did not come back as they said it would...much smaller diamonds. I was picking this up for my wife for Xmas, and since she was not there, I went ahead and took it. I could not resist showing her and when I did, she thought the diamonds were smaller than before it was appraised...I also mentioned this to them when I picked it up. I went back to try to return it, or have them make it right and put in what they initially said it was...they refused, unless I paid them 50 % more money. I showed them online where a necklace that was considerably better. I tried to return it and they refused, unless I returned it for $325 less than what I paid...My advise is to shop online or at any other store...most stores would give you a full refund,,,they dont because they stet they all sales are final in small print, something you dont see and they dont tell you...I think their tactics are a little more then decieving

I recently took my 4 carat diamond rings to be soldered together. I was promised it would be done that day by 2 pm. Upon my husband arriving to pick them up, he was told that their ultrasound cleaning machine had loosened many of my diamonds and that they would have to keep it an extra three days until the jeweler returned. My husband was also told that they had left a message on our home phone. When we returned home our caller ID had listed their message as coming in at 2:40 pm, 40 minutes after they had promised it would be ready. Mind you, we drove down from El Dorado Hills to retrieve my ring. No thought of inconvenience whatsoever. We also paid full price for the sad experience of having decided to do business with this establishment. I should have followed my instinct when we arrived at nearly 11 am and they still were not open. I hope that yours is a better experience than mine should you decide to shop this store.

I wanted to share my wonderful shopping experience at Sharif Fine Jewelers today. I went in to get the batteries in my two gold dress watches changed and while I was waiting for them to be returned to me, the very lovely salesgirl, Huyen, asked if I wanted to check out any watches in their case. Of coarse, it is always fun to try on new jewelry and I quickly selected a lovely Concord ladies wristwatch, which I fell in love with the minute it was on my wrist. Deettee, another fabulous sales lady overheard our conversation and worked up a great price within my budget so I could take my new watch home with me. They made the whole buying experience so much fun and without any pressure! I highly recommend anyone shopping for jewelry or fine watches to go see Huyen and Deettee, so they can find the perfect new piece of jewelry or a lovely watch, for you too! Michelle

I bought a piece of jewelry from the Howe location and I took it here to have it adjusted. They were able to adjust while I waited, but two different sales people applied an extreme amount of pressure to purchase another piece. I was not in the store to purchase more jewelry, I was in the store to get mine adjusted. They were pulling pieces out of the cabinet and showing them to me, without me asking. I was even pressured into trying to piece on. Next time I need the piece adjusted or cleaned, that I bought from the store, I will take it to another jeweler and pay them to do what I need. The high pressure sales tactics made it extremely uncomfortable. I will not enter this store again.

This place is great. All the employees there (at least currently) are super funny, down-to-earth people that care about you leaving their store happy. Just tell them what you want and they will give you more options than you know what to do with. My fiance and I are very pleased with their service, quality, and friendliness. I look forward to coming to this store even just to get my ring cleaned (which they graciously do without hesitation). Shout out to my man Tom and my girl DeEtte (sorry if spelled your name wrong :/ ).

We are very happy with the personal service of the employees and loved the cuts and styles offered; I have nothing negitive to say. My husband suprised me with a custom wedding ring. He was going to pick something else and the employee (who knew my style) suggested the one I am wearing today. Last year he even went back and got me a topaz and diamond pendent half price. Now they have sent a $100 gift certificate for anything in the store No Purchace Necessary!
