What can I say. Viti is the best Mercedes dealer in New England. They are a family owned dealership which prides itself on the highest level of professionalism. The communication and attention to detail is second to none. Viti will bend over backwards to go the extra mile to make things happen for their customers. They will vehicle search for you from other dealer allocations or have custom vehicles produced for you when many other dealers are lazy and just want to sell you their in stock vehicles. My sales associate, Jim Aspry was awesome. Jim has been with Viti for many years, has a large client base and is simply excellent at his job. From the get go he was always friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient. Jim was able to get us our dream car, C43C4, from an already started build in Germany that was on another dealers allocation. The car came in quickly, was exactly as described and then Jim really stepped up to the plate. Jim was able to display his financial wizardry to get us where we needed to be in regards to monthly pricing. When making a large purchase such as a luxury vehicle it is important to feel as though you are getting a fair deal and with Jim you always knew he would be trustful and honest. After purchasing my vehicle Jim took the time to deliver the vehicle (go over all of the technology and functions). Ray Machado, our service agent stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance if it was every needed. I was contacted a few days after our purchase by both general managers, Will Dame and Joanne Lake who both thanked me for my purchase via voice mail. How many dealerships have that attention to detail? In closing if you are looking for a Mercedes or Volvo i would suggest only looking at Viti. They will work hard for you, get you the best deal and make you feel like part of the family.

Every experience I have with Viti is terrible. Most of the people there dont really care about you, they just want your money. In my most recent visit to have my check engine like serviced, I was told diagnostics would be $130 and if I wanted to proceed with the repairs I would get a quote once they discovered the problem. After finding the problem (and quoting me $905 for the job), I was hesitant to do the work. I discovered that the part in question I can order from Mercedes for $175 and the time it would take to do the repair, according to Mercedes, is around 30 minutes. I was over quoted by $649! Thats how much they wanted to steal from me. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car today, there was a $350 diagnoses charge instead of the $130 that they originally told me it would be. This place is just unbelievable. They do not care about you at all, theyll give you fake smiles and handshakes and wont treat you fairly. I brought it to another mechanic (an ex-Mercedes mechanic) and he did the whole job for $255. Do yourself a favor: heed my warning. If you plan on going to Viti for any kind of service, before you agree to their costs do your own research. Find out how much the part costs, how much labor is involved, and get accurate quotes from other mechanics before you waste your money at Viti.

There are a handful of automotive dealers in the country that are a breed apart from the traditional stereotypes. Viti Mercedes-Benz is one of them. For nearly ten years, we have purchased our vehicles from Viti Mercedes-Benz, and, during that time, weve enjoyed truly exceptional sales and service experiences. Since 2004, we have encountered many of the Viti staff members, as they pick up and deliver our cars at their scheduled maintenance intervals. In every instance, the Viti employee conducts himself or herself with utmost professionalism and a marvelously pleasant attitude. Beyond their excellent approach to their work, the Viti people are capable. I have never spoken with nor witnessed a Viti employee who wasnt competent and knowledgeable. In my household, we find this particularly refreshing. The obvious capability of the folks at Viti instills perpetual confidence at every turn. We purchase Mercedes-Benz automobiles because we want the utmost confidence and performance from our vehicles, and we choose to do business with Viti Mercedes-Benz for the very same reason. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I cant say enough positive things about the people at Viti, Specifically Joanne the sales manager. I am just now wrapping up a horrible, 90+ day long nightmare with my local Mercedes Dealership in New Hampshire. I will spare you the details of the broken promises, false expectations, and constant errors from their service center than resulted in my 2014 Mercedes being towed to the dealership 4 times in 3 months. After realizing I was chasing my tail trying to get Holloway Mercedes to help me, I called Viti where I bought the car 2 years prior, but had not been back to sense. Joanne was the first person I spoke to that made me feel like anyone cared about my issue, and it was not even her service department that destroyed my engine. After 30 days of assistance from Joanne, and then Tony, the service manager, Mercedes offered me the solution to the problem I was looking for in the first place If you want to purchase your car from a dealership who honestly cares about their customers, and their reputation, so much that they are willing to fix other dealerships mistakes this is the place to shop

I went to Viti to replace my 2008 XC90 that was totaled in an accident in March 2013. I initially stopped on my way home from dropping my daughter at school(about 8:30 in the morning), honestly just to see what was available on the lot. I was so surprised when Rick Tarantino came out and asked if her could help me, I never expected to see a salesperson on the lot at 8:30am! I told him that I was looking for a new xc90 and he said he had a couple that were being unloaded from the carrier. I went back later and looked at the choices, picked my car and I was driving my new car 2 days later! The process was stress-free and couldnt have been easier! In addition, the day I picked up my car my sister gave me a ride, and had left her radio on for my girls that were in the car listening....well when she went to start her car her battery was dead and Rick got a "jump box" and got her going....PRICELESS! Thanks Rick and Viti, i Love my new Volvo!
