I buy a BMW X5 and lest that a year I had to spend over 2000 to fix it I had the extender warranties and they didnt want to pay not even one cent .went the car broke down the first people the I call was the people from the dealer and they tell me to call Continental and after continental tell me the dont going to pay the dealer tell me the they didnt pay because I supposed talk to the dealer first and then they talk to Continental to see if they can pay and because I pay to fix the car they cant give me the money back .the all reason I pay for the repair was because they refuse to give me the money back .is was a really bad experience .

Failed to honor warranty when power locks broke after 2 weeks. Then cut off email and phone contact. Lied to me about conditions of warranty.
