This man threatened my moms business because he told us to call him about are reviews so we did and then he goes and says that its are fault that the car is broke even though when we bought the car he had an inspection on it and told us it would pass but when we took it to are mechaic he said that the tires were unsafe and then one of them pretty much exploded two days after we bought. Then the egr valve came up as a check engine light code. He said he would fix it but only at the same mechanic that passed the car so we let him and its still not fixed. Theres multiple different things wrong with the car now and have had it only for 2 months he has deleted one of my reviews and he has threaten my family because he wont fix the issue or buy the car back. Think about buying from this guy because he wanted me to give him a good review for all these issues.its America I can write what I want.

Chris and Steve where are great! I went down there to look at some suvs. They went above and beyond to help me. it was raining out and i didnt really know what i wanted. They didnt push me into buying anything. I was ready to buy an expedition that was a little out of my price rang. Steve told me to go home and think about it and talk to my husband. I was a little taken back by that. My husband said there must be something wrong with it. We went back the next day and my husband looked it all over and took it for a drive. We paid for it that day and had it for 4 months now with no complaints. I love driving my Big Truck. My son will be 16 in 5 months and They will be the first place we go! maybe they will Give me a discount for posting how good they were!

What does negative 5 stars stand for. These guys are the biggest rip off in NH. Stay away or you will be sorry. They said it passed NH inspection but when we went to our reg mechanic ( after I bought it , because he said no when I asked if I could have him look at first ) it failed. We brought it back to him and he said he would fix it. When we went to pick it up the inspection sticker was taken off. "Im just doing what my boss told me to do" was the response. Rt 111 Auto Sales will be out of biz soon. WE are going to the state to just leave a note on what we experienced.Oh, did I forget to tell you that every tire was missing a lug nut and the front right was missing two.

I recently purchased my first truck from Rt. 111 autosales. I brought it back home and took it to my mechanic and he noticed a couple issues that would have prevented it from passing inspection. I expressed my concerns to Joe (at Route 111 autosales) and he immediately reassured me that they would take care of everything. They stepped up to the plate and did what was necessary to get the truck to pass. Joe and the team at Route 111 auto sales showed a lot of integrity. As a small businessman myself, I value integrity above all and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable used vehicle to check out this dealership. Thanks guys.

We bought a car that we were told had the timing belt changes recently. Upon bringing the car to our local mechanic for an oil change, we were told that the car needed a timing belt! We called to discuss our displeasure of this issue and it certainly seems as customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. All we were asking for was for them to take ownership in their actions and split the cost of the new timing belt with us for had we known upfront, our negotiation on the car price would have taken a different path. A few hundred dollars was obviously not worth a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, we will never do business with them again.

Just bought a 2004 Grand Marquis ....from the start Frank was awesome...very happy , knowledgeable and answered any question I had ....you could tell he loves his job.!...sure Frank likes to talk but thats ok he makes you feel really comfortable...Ive been to a lot of dealerships the past month but 111 AUTO SALES IS THE BEST....youve got to go by and at least meet FRANK....JOE Thank you also...TSM TIM

Dont buy from this guy. Sold us a car with a broken transmission and many other problems too the car has so many problems with it wont even run anymore and has already cost me 500$ to fix parts at his mechanic that keep breaking and Im sick of it said it would pass an inspection two days later the check engine light is on. Shady car dealership and would not suggest buying cars from him.

Havent bought the car yet. But judging by the sales person I just spoke to sounded great. He did not tell me to come in right now or rush me. He did not ask me how much money I had. He explained in detail about the car I was interested in and was very nice on the phone. I will give another review once Ive purchased my vehicle

Recently bought a beauty from these guys and my experience was nothing but positive. They have fully inspected older cars with plenty of life left, at very reasonable prices..... Joe and Frank were both friendly and helpful with no pressure on me to buy, but I feel very comfortable in my decision to take my AMG home
