Got a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe sport 2.0T AWD with ultimate package from them by the end of March 2016. Loved it so much as of today (April 25, 2016, I may not be able to stop posting in the future as my satisfaction continues). Thank Bill Germano and Alan Toti from Hyundai of Newport to make this happen. I have worked with many other Hyundai dealers, but got the best offer from them. Of course, negotiating price wont be easy and you need to do good homework, especially looking at true car price. Dealers want to make profit for a living just as we want to get the best deal with the money we earned by hardworking. I cant make more comments on price negotiation here because in my special case we talked about only one price from the very beginning. Once the price negotiation is done, no more hassles. I was actually preparing other fighting on the price, but nothing happened. They work very efficiently to finish all the paper work, get the registration and the financing. My initial credit application from Hyundai Motor Finance was rejected, but Alan and Bill turned it over. Some other comments: a. Their no negative review on google+ really means something, especially for car dealer business. I dont quite believe it until I made a deal with them. b. Their building is not fancy at all compared with other Hyundai dealership. If you have some hesitation on this (along with many other hesitations when you are a first car buyer, just as me), here is the point: this might be a reason they can offer a more competitive price, because car buyers eventually pay for the fancy buildings. c. Last but not least, give them a try before you get a Hyundai. It may worth your 2 hour driving to get there.

This is by far the top notch dealership in this State. I have never dealt with any other business that has the quality of customer service that Hyundai of Newport. There are so many things to say that it would take too long to write. I will try to concise here. The original sales experience with Rohan was so non-pressure, yet so professional in all ways. The credit department lets you know exactly what the payments will be and will try to work with you if you find the car of your dreams (price considering of course). Their cars are by far the best value around. You get all the features in the Sonata and the Elantra (we have one of each) that come at a hefty price tag with other car companies. I owned many Acuras in the past and so I know what I am talking about there. I was shocked to find out that these cars are loaded with minimal if any cost increase to the base. AND last but not least, they stand behind your purchase. The service department is by far superior in all areas. Friendly assistance by Brian and always respectful of your concern, wishes, and no matter what has the time to talk to help you understand how to operate some of these great features. They have complimentary pick up and loaners if needed, they deliver the car back cleaner and you get a delicious attractively wrapped choc. chip cookie with their thanks, and a bottle water to wash it down. Seriously folks if you need a new car run, dont walk, or even look any future this is the place for you. Look on the road and you will see so many of their vehicles that is a direct testament to their quality of service and especially to their vehicles. Linda C Wakefield

I would imagine that we all do some initial research on cars before we visit a dealership and test drive one. So the sales person at a dealership can help or hinder our final decision about whether to purchase a car. We were very well served by Rohan Webster at Hyundai of Newport. His excellent people skills enabled him to know just how to approach and work with us. His candor in answering our concerns and researching the information if he didnt have the answer were instrumental in giving us a high comfort level in our knowledge about the car we were interested in buying versus the car that we might trade in. In addition to Rohan, the deciding factor for us was the obvious family - yet professional - feel of this dealership. Before we had committed to the purchase, Rohan had walked us around the dealership, introduced us to key people and explained the advantages of being part of the Newport Hyundai family. For us, the personality and leadership of the dealership is a major criteria. Buying a car from Hyundai of Newport is like marrying into a great family. Everyone there shares the same value system - making the customer both educated and satisfied. They want you to buy a car but they are also interested in having you as a repeat customer - so SERVICE is key. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I have been a customer of Hyundai of Newport for several years, since the time it was a Toyota dealership in its current location. I was there when the facility was moved to East Main Road. When a new owner took over that facility, I was disappointed with the new service policy, so I came back to this dealer, and even though I still owned a Toyota and not a Hyundai, the original owner, Mr. Paul Mika, was willing to keep me as a customer. Over all the years, the little things they did like giving out tokens for the bridge tolls, cookies and bottled water in my car when it is returned to me after service - all things which are pretty small by themselves - add up to a feeling about the company which makes me want to keep doing business with them. My best praise for this company is that they pick up my car at my work place and return it to me whenever I need service, and that they let me take a loaner while my car is in the shop. That alone would make me want to buy my next new car from them. Keep up the great work, and thank you Mr. Mika.

Hyundai Newport...Its still the one...Bryan Alexander and Brendan Long are the greatest team..They keep my vehicle in top running condition....My 2012 Hyundai Tucson is the finest vehicle I ever had the exciting pleasure to drive...It has everything inside and outside and just makes my day...When Im not asleep, Im headed out to my next adventure in a really great vehicle I can count on to stay right with me...I just punch in the destination and with cruse control it will take me there...I can tell it to call your number and it will ring ya...I can blast out any music with the windows closed and the automatic temp set...and the double sun roof tanning me, and its got power and is easy on the gas...AND, the Newport Hyundai Maintenance crew to back me up...these guys and gals really care about you and your vehicle...Thank you Mike D. and crew...my fourth oil change and full checkout...yep...makes my day...

Absolutely AMAZING service!! I live in NJ and my daughter goes to school at URI. I contacted Hyundai Roadside assistance (FREE!) and we made arrangements to go to the dealer I chose, Hyundai of Newport, even though another was 2 miles closer. Well Im glad I did. I spoke with Brian the service manager and he was nothing but courteous, reassuring, patient and HELPFUL. Not only did he have my daughters car fixed within 2 days (needed to order a part), they also drove her home AND picked her up when the car was ready!! They also banged out the 2 recall services that we needed to have done. I have NEVER received customer service like this IN MY LIFE from ANYWHERE!! I HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of Newport and can guarantee that if my daughter has ANY more issues with her car, that they are the ONLY dealer I will go to! I only wish we had more of these types of people in NJ!
