My parents, sister, boyfriend, and I went to Atamian to go look for a used car as an early birthday present for me. My salesperson was Cee. When I got to Atamian my mind was set on the 2010 CRV. Cee showed me the 2012 and 2013 CRV. I didnt like them. I wanted the 2010 CRV. So Cee let me test drive the 2010 CRV and the 2012 CRV. They were both awesome cars, but was not very satisfied. Cee took us inside to talk. Cee took my information down and as I was sitting there, my dad and boyfriend walked out the side door. They were looking at a white car and they called me outside. It was a white 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I fell in love with it and I fell deeper in love with it after I looked inside and saw the interior. It was beautiful! I told my parents I wanted the Accord and that it was beautiful and perfect. It was the only car I wanted out of all the cars on the lot. I asked my parents and they said yes. Cee told me that the Accord Sport would be a better fit for me than the CRV. And he was right. Cee told me the features that came with car and it was breath taking. Cee took me over to where all the other accords were and they were beautiful, but my mind was set on the Sport Edition. So Cee asked me what color car I wanted and I said I wanted the Gray on Black Honda Accord Sport. Cee said he would check to see if they have it in the lot. And they did! He drove it up to me and let me test drive it around the lot. It was smooth and amazing! I really wanted that car. So Cee took us inside to talk about the car and the payments per month. At first the payment was too high. Cee kept going back and forth to his sales manager trying to find an affordable payment price and we also negotiated on the price of the car. the car was $25k. Cee kept calling and going back and forth to his sales manager to agree on the price of the vehicle. None of the prices were agreed upon. So my boyfriend asked how about $23,900? Cee said he will call his sales manager so he wouldnt have to go back and forth. Cee called his sales manager and said "lets make this easier for all of us, how about $23,900?" Cee was talking to his manager on the phone said "okay" and hung the phone up. Cee got up out of his chair and said "Congratulations its yours!" I was so happy and excited! My very first car! I give Atamian and Cee all 5s because all the salesperson there were all so friendly. And Cee helped me get the car I wanted. Hes the best! He helped me get the most perfect car for the perfect price! I am so happy with the Accord. Its my dream come true! Thank you Cee for helping me get this car! Without your help, I wouldnt have gotten this most perfect car! WE will go back to Atamian for more cars!!!

I just went to Atamian VW Honda in Tewksbury, MA where I was helped by Kyle Willett. Kyle was very knowledgeable, easy going, and friendly. While I already had a good idea of what I was looking to buy (a new VW Jetta) I was a bit nervous about the car buying process. I last purchased my Jetta in 2002 with the help of a friend who is an experienced negotiator. This time I was just going in with my little sister and neither one of us are good hagglers. Kyle’s non-pushy attitude set us both at ease. My first test drive was a 2014 Jetta. It handled well and provided a comfortable ride. During the test drive Kyle did great job listening to the options and packages I was interested in. I appreciated that Kyle was knowledgeable about the differences between my 2002 Jetta and the 2014 Jetta. While the 2014 had the options I wanted, Kyle mentioned that they had a 2015 priced comparably but with a navigation system as well. This really intrigued me since that would be more than what I hoped for within the target price I wanted to pay. After test driving the 2015, both my sister and I liked this car more than the 2014. It felt a bit roomier and the car interface felt more intuitive to me. When sat down to discuss numbers, I definitely felt my heart rate go up. However, Kyle remained relaxed and presented me with a fair offer. He never gave any hint of annoyance when my sister and I asked to step out of the office to discuss the offer. After some discussion with Kyle and the finance manager, I believe we both came to a happy compromise. I believe I got a good price for the 2015 and for my trade in. I cannot wait to pick up my new car on Monday. Kyle really made the car-buying process easy and I was out the door in a few short hours. I would definitely recommend working with Kyle at Atamian VW Honda to all of my friends and family.

Last month, my younger daughter totaled the car she was driving while at college. That crash was the 6th between my two daughters, and the second total within 6 months. I had no idea what to buy and did not even want to think about getting another replacement car, but my daughters are at college and need a car. I went to Atamian Honda because they are the dealer listed in the Costco Car buyer program for this area. I was able to get a list of pre-negotiated prices for a new car because I am a Costco member. Jeff Logan gave me the list of cars, and pointed out some of the lower-priced models because cost was something I was concerned about. I went with a used Volvo from this dealership. With a limited budget based on the insurance replacement cost, my salesman Jeff Logan was able to show me vehicles that could meet my needs. He brought up ideas that I had not thought of, including comparing insurance rates for different cars as well as gas mileage and safety features. Over and over, as he showed me the various pre-owned vehicles, he reassured me that Atamian Honda only resold the best of the best trade-ins. In fact, I did not see any used cars on the lot that were not in great condition. The service from everybody was great. I bought my car after two visits working with Jeff. In the end my purchase was the perfect combination of good value, comfort, good gas mileage, and safety. I did not feel pressured at any point, and Jeffs follow-up was great. He went over the features in the car when I went to pick it up. Overall working with Jeff, it was obvious that he is a good salesman but low-key and not a lot of BS once he figures out what you need in a car.

Found a used CERTIFIED odyssey on line at this dealership , came in to look at it. At first the sales man said that the 150 point check has been done and this vehicle is ready to be certified , but i had to pay for the certification, even though it said certified on it. when he saw that that turned me off then he changed his story and said that if we make a deal they will include the certified status in. Why must you use such tactics ATAMINA ? After we made a deal went to the documentation office to sign papers, i asked the guy i wanted proof saying that i am buying a certified vehicle. At first he said the certified status will show up after i register the van. When i insisted on proof He gave me a booklet without any signatures or proof to indicate the certified status. When i asked for more proof he became agitated, and rude. at one time he left the office to talk to his manager, as he stepped out he said that F***** guy ( meaning me) as my wife and 10 month old daughter were siting there. I thought that was unprofessional. Before leaving the lot with our new car i noticed rear tire very low. asked sales man to put air in it, he said service department was closed for the day and asked me to stop at gas station and put air in it. I just spent thousands of dollars on a vehicle with a flat tire and my 10 month old daughter is riding in a van with a flat tire. Thanks ATAMIAN. Came back next day the tire had a bulge in it. had to give me new tire, so much for the 150 point check they performed. Just think i drove with that tire the day before on the highway with my wife and 10 month old daughter in a vehicle that had a bulge in the tire. Thanks a lot ATAMINA HONDA.
