I recently purchased a car from here and would recommend buying a car to anyone! As soon as my family and I got there to look at a car we saw online, we were greeted by a friendly, helpful Tasha, who is one of the dealers there. She took us out for a test drive and wanted us to try every button, feature, and driving condition/situation with the car. She insisted on us to really test out the car, going to a parking lot to test wheel alignment and brakes; going over bumps at a fast speed; taking sharp turns. etc. Furthermore, Tasha was very friendly and helpful with a genuine approach to help us find a car we would like. After going for a test drive, we requested to have the car taken up on the flat bed to look under the car, which they were happy to do. They had a mechanic on site to take off the underbelly cover of the car so we could take a look at the engine and etc. We then met the owner, Tim Fogg who was able to help us out with the pricing a bit. When I was there, I got the sense that they were very down-to-earth, not pushy, and really cared about customer service and brand reputation. Needless to say, I was happy when I purchased the car from there and would consider going back to get another car someday!

I went to Fogg three times, test drove a 2013 Ford Fusion with 31k miles. I told the sales woman, Tasha, that I was interested in buying the car. I filled out all the required paperwork, and was told that if I didnt hear back from the owner that day, I would hear back first thing the next day. I placed a call to her later that day to let her know I had more than I expected for a down payment. I never received a call from the owner, and went back a week later to follow up. The owner again was not there, and a man there took my name and number and told me I would receive a call in about an hour. Well, two days later, and I still have not received a call. My car was recently totaled, and I have no vehicle. So, buying a vehicle is of utmost priority. I am infuriated at the horrible "customer service" I have received, and have come to the conclusion that apparently, Mr. Fogg does not want my money, my business or my referrals.

I went to Fogg Auto to purchase a car for my husband for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. I was treated better than I have ever been treated when buying a car. The whole Staff was so attentive and I truly feel they are always this customer friendly. They even delivered the car all decorated and I could tell they truly enjoyed doing it. Mr. Fogg is one in a million and he has a staff just as good and kind. I will DEFINITELY be back when I need another car and recommend that the public do the same. The customer service these people showed me cant compare. The car is running fantastic and my husband calls it his supercar but the real superstars are the staff at Fogg Auto Sales. Thanks Again.

I bought a car over a year ago and went to trade it in for another car and was informed that my car had major structural damage. The owner at Fogg was willful in selling me lies first by providing a partial Car Fax that only showed service on accidents, he also had me speak to a man that was supposedly the "previous owner" when the car had been purchased from an auction. He also walked me around the car to again "prove" that there was no record of an accident because of the paint job. He went on to lie about how the paint under the hood of the car would clearly show if the car had major front end repair. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! THEY LIE!

I needed a Summer car and I just moved to the area and Fogg had exactly what I was looking for. I got a great deal and they did work with me. I got a free cupcake too that added a star =) Great service great people... I got my car at 44,000 miles with a car fax and they took care of my registration and inspection. I would recommend looking there first if your looking for a quality used car.

Completely dissatisfied with the owner. The car needed some minor fixes when he sold it to me. He guaranteed me a 90-day bumper-to-bumper. When I brought it in he charged me for the fixes even though it was still within the 90-days. Then the mechanic broke my seat and I had to pay to fix it!!! Poor customer service - will never buy a car there again.

We purchased our last two cars at this dealership. Wonderful selection, honest & friendly people. They go out of their way to be helpful in every way possible. Very good deals! And now they have a garage ... we purchased four new tires ... had them installed right there. Will definately be back!

The worst service Ive ever seen. Stay away from them. Tim Fogg was giving me the "service". He added somewhere around $400-500 to the total price saying that he have to charge me for documents fee, credit card fee and some other fee, which he never mentioned before! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

These guys will sell you anything they can. Their knowledge is shaky at best and the car selection is very limited. I bought a car there and it had no bulbs in the headlights just for an example of their sub par professionalism.
