From start to finish, my experience was superb. Living on the island of Marthas Vineyard, it is very hard to shop for a car. Between the boat, reservations, driving, not to forget the cost it takes to transport; it can get very frustrating having to coordinate so many appointments to fit into the 12 hours the boat runs for the day. I was in the market for a very specific Audi A4 Avant. The car has been discontinued since 2011, so finding one that an owner has let go is very hard to find one, but Eddie and Tony had one. After shopping for a year, thousands of ads, hundreds of phone calls, several test drives, and one ALMOST purchase, I came across this dealer. The price was right, and the service was honest. They do not tug or pull at the customer. They know their product and who the serious buyers are. Upon purchasing the vehicle, there was a slight mechanical hick-up, at no fault of the dealer. Just a freak random "one in a million" accident. These guys JUMPED to help this poor kid from the Vineyard. Not only did the owner, Eddie, come to my location in Needham to assist me and calm me down, but then Tony drove the car to the Steamship Authority in Woods Hole at no additional charge to hand deliver the car himself! I couldnt get over it. Their reaction and handling of the situation, from my initial inquiry to the delivery was paternal. These guys take care of their product and they customers, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

When I pulled up to Newton Auto Group, I was surprised by how small the lot was. For such a small dealership, they pack in a lot of value. There is not a single car here that I would not have driven off the lot and been perfectly happy in. I was looking for something very specific though, a Toyota FJ Cruiser, and they had a great car for me, well below Blue Book value. The employees are extremely nice and very helpful. I never had a concern throughout the entire buying process and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Professional dealership with honest salesman. I came in with hopes of checking out a pre-owned car priced below the market rate. I met with a salesman, Tony-- very professional, did not try to hassle me or up-sell me. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. There were some minor issues (weathered windshield wipers and a faulty tire pressure sensor), but Tony took care of it all! Couldnt have asked for a better buying experience!

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328xi from Jade at Newton Auto Group. Overall an excellent experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did a lot of research before hand and it was priced extremely fair, so there was no real need to try and get any special pricing or discount. Overall a very painless experience. I will definitely be going back to them when its time to trade in!

It was the Best in the West, East, North and South. Beautiful Luxury Cars well Equipped and ready to be driven off the lot. I bought a 2009 Lexus, but it is like brand spanking new. It rides like Im riding on a cloud. Has every option. All the cars in the lot are just like this. BMW, SUV, AUDIS you name it. The staff is great, and treat you with respect. No pressure sale tactics.

Bought my first car here, quick and very easy process. Wish they couldve negotiated a little better but it is what it is. My car wasnt ready for pick when I arrived, they still had to remove the stickers off the window. Unfortunatley I wasnt aware that I also had to pay for the inspection sticker. Thought that was included in all the fees I paid. Overall it was an ok experience.
