I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HUBLER AGAIN! I bought a 2007 Audi A4, with a few problems that were obvious such as the a/c not working and a check engine out due to a faulty coil plug. I was told it had a full recommended maintenance and the car had no other issues. Being a used car it was extremely well detailed, the engine bay looked as it was new. The next morning I proceeded to take my newly purchased vehicle to a VW dealer to diagnose the problem with the AC, in the afternoon I received a call form the VW dealer informing me on top of the AC problem I had over $2000 worth of repairs!!! Such as CV boots spitting grease, fan module out, and vacuum pump being faulty and dripping oil all over the back side of the engine, these were the exact words of the service adviser from VW "Who ever cleaned this car did a very good job of hiding the problems." I proceeded to leave a voicemail to the salesman that sold me the car, Mike Ferguson (not stating any issues in the voicemail). With in an hour I received a call back, I told him the problems I encountered and that I would like to speak with his manager because this was unacceptable business. He told me that the manager was out of the office (it was later in the evening) and that they would contact me first thing in the morning. I never got a call back even after multiple of attempt to reach them. Bottom line is this dealer only wants to sell you the car and will not take care of you after the purchase, not even a courtesy of a phone call back. If you are about to buy a used car do not listen to the salesmen and make sure to take it to a trusted shop for a full inspection. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HUBLER AGAIN!

We went looking to buy a new car. We had been there 2 years ago and service was AMAZING... Today it was good up until the last 30 mins. Our sales guy, who I cant remember his name, was very kind and willing to get us the best deal. We informed him we needed to leave soon because I had to go into work. He understood so he went and informed his sales manager. After being informed that we were in a bit of a rush he then continued to joke around and ignore the fact we needed to leave. He then asked what the problem was. My boyfriend once again stated the fact we needed to leave but that we would slee on the deal and return the next day. And that he understood he was using his customer service skills because he worked in the same field. And the sales manager asked what field that was. He responded customer service. The sales manager then had the nerve to try acting superior to him. He saw that my boyfriend is a general manager at a Taco Bell. He made a very rude comment acting as if his job was more important then his. I can promise you that the sales manager would fail at running a restaurant. Im surprised he runs sales at the dealership. Because he for sure is holding back his sales man if he talks to their customers like that. Trying to downgrade people all because we needed to go return the next day... We will for sure never return to that dealership. From now on we will stick to Ray Skillman.

I was glad with the service I had from Hubler Mazda. My sales man was very friendly and helped a lot. Other then the service I did feel lied to. I was told my trade in was only worth $2,000 because it could not be re-sold due to an air bag issue. I explained the issue was just a single censor in the engine not the air bag its self which is an easy fix. They disagreed and so we believed that the car could no be re-sold and had to be sent to auction. A few days after I purchased my car I saw my trade in on the lot for sale. They even put the car on their website for $4,500. When my father called they told him the cars automatically go on the website after they are purchased. So once again we believed them but the car was on the website still after we called. My mom called and pretended interested in the car and even went to the lot. They told her it was for sale and tried to get her to purchase the car. Although I am extremely happy with my car I got I feel betrayed and deceived. They gave the saying to "all car dealers are scammers" a meaning. If they would of just told the truth about re-selling the car I would not have anything bad to say about this dealer.

Went all day to car shop and was having an awful experience until we showed up at Hubler Mazda. All the other dealerships (4 others) wouldnt give us the time of day, but as soon as we showed up at Hubler Mazda, Patrick came out with a smile and was very understanding and allowed me to take all the time I needed. I didnt have a specific car in mind, and he allowed me to look at each and every used SUV they had. We then found the perfect car, but it was at another location. He offered to go to the other location (over an hour away mind you) to pick up the car and we set an appoint to come back a couple days later to check it out! When we went back to drive the car, he let me drive it around for about 25 minutes to make sure it was what I liked. He didnt once try to pressure me into buying it. He was laid back, funny, and felt like a friend and not a salesman. I felt as though he was in my corner throughout the experience, and that felt good. He understood it was my first time buying and he made it a fantastic experience. Thanks, Patrick! And everyone else reading this, I highly recommend him if you want to have a relaxing car buying experience!

After taking my Mazda for service here for the last 5 years, we were lowballed over 2K UNDER blue book by a very dismissive and arrogant sales manager named Dakota. He was rude to my wife and seemed completely indifferent to selling us a car because we we were paying in cash rather than financing. Its hard to understand why anyone would buy a new Mazda here if the trade in values are so anemic that they cant even offer blue book value. Because of his dismissive and unprofessional attitude, we are not only looking elsewhere for our new car, but we are not going to take our car for service there any longer either. We have always had a positive experience with their service department, but since having a car with a fully documented service history doesnt seem to payoff in the long run at this dealership, why pay the premium for service? Good job, Dakota. Not only have you lost this sale and a service customer, you have also lost a future sale down the line (we ARE financing a car next year) and earned negative feedback on social media, and we know lots of people. Well played. I hope your negative attitude was worth it.

everything about my experience with hubler mazda last year was awful. they let me drive the car that i purchased off the lot knowing that there was a deep scratch (that they didnt think id find) on the hood that required repainting. two days later i found it. after that, i was told it would be a quick and easy fix. they touched it up with the wrong color and it looked like nail polish. it wasnt until three weeks later, and a week without my car, that it was fixed. when i went to pick up my car, not one person who i had previously dealt with said one word to me. then when i went to have the paint protection (that i paid extra for) put back on, they didnt wash the hood well enough and sealed over bird droppings. when i returned a couple hours later to show them, they tried to make me reschedule even though i live atleast an hour away. i told them i wanted it fixed then since i was already there and it took no more than 15 minutes. by far the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. ive taken my car to ray skillman for other maintenance and theyve been more than extremely helpful. theyll be getting my future car business.
