I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu from this dealership approximately 9 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it ever since. I should have known better but I went ahead and purchased it anyway. To be fair, it was used when I got it, but when you purchase a car from a dealership you dont expect it to start having problems right away. As soon as I got it I had to replace the headlights, a wheel bearing, it had multiple scratches and dings that I didnt notice until after the deal was done, the brakes need replaced and I barely drive the car because Im away from home traveling most of the time. The electronic seat controls do not work, the rear view mirror had to be replaced. Now Im having issues with the suspension and alignment. After paying $10,000 for a newer car, this is not something I wanted to be dealing with. If you want a quality vehicle and you value your sanity, DO NOT BUY IT HERE. Also, be wary of the competence of their mechanics. At my last inspection I received a paper report of the status of my brakes and was told that they were green status, all good. Not in the middle, needing replaced soon, but completely fine. I havent driven it much since then, definitely not more than 300 highway miles, and I took it to a mechanic for the alignment issues. He put it up on a lift and showed me how bad the brakes are. So, to summarize, beware of these people. In response: I was never aware of any front-end rattle, but it is nice to know that my vehicle has even more issues I was not aware of. In regards to the brake inspection, we must be discussing different vehicles, because the sheet I received lists my brakes at 100%. This is sad, incompetent work for a dealership. Also, I forgot to put it in my original review, but the salesman I dealt with turned into a complete jerk once the deal was signed. Once I signed on the dotted line, the illusion of customer service was quickly dispelled.

Terrible. I would pick zero Stars if it would let me. I bought a car and got the extended warranty with it. The engine blew and they had no clue what was wrong. They told me it was a bunch of other problems that the warranty didnt cover. My car is now at a different dealership were the engine is being replaced and covered by the warranty I havent had my car in two months. I should get it back next week. Basically dont by a car from this dealership you will not get any service at all. They ripped me off and told me they cant do anything about it. Save your money and time go somewhere else. In response Same story different person. You dont have the tools to fix the car and dont have the time to fix a customers problem because its not your problem anymore. Even though Bradley Chevrolet caused the problems. All I asked for is a reliable vehicle I specifically said that was all I wanted. I didnt get anything close to that. I got ripped off. I had good credit until I got this vehicle. Now Im driving a unsafe car that doesnt even fit my kids and no other dealership will help because of the vehicle on my credit thanks to Bradley Chevrolet.

I brought my 2013 Malibu in to be serviced for overheating in November, 2016. It was under warranty and they replaced my water pump. One month later, my car began over heating again and I took it in and they said that I had a crack in the coolant tank and that it was not under warranty. I had them replace the tank at my expense. Yesterday (March, 2017), my car began to overheat again. I called to voice my frustration and they said they were unable to get my car in for service today. The woman on the phone explained that this is normal for a high mileage vehicle (my car has just under 90k miles as I drive a lot for work). She then claimed I was yelling (not at all the case, lol!!) at her and hung up on me completely. I have purchased two vehicles from them and had my car serviced here when needed. I will never go back to this dealership for any of my needs. I was treated disrespectfully and hung up on when I voiced frustration. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Outstanding service, lounge area and even got to talk to a GM retiree who was a Vietnam Vet. Very interesting man, I loved to hear his stories about how GM was back in the day and the war stories. I had an appointment and got there a bit early from Bloomington and they took me in early and finished up early. Had just bought a 2016 Chevy 2500 HD Silverado Crew Cab LT Z71 Midnight Edition the day before and was having side steps put on. One sharp looking truck. I expect to be hauling the bass boat as soon as it gets warm enough not to crack the engine block on the boat. David Puglia deserves all the credit for for making me see that what I thought I needed was a diesel, was actually impractical because of the cost of Urea at $12/gallon/100 miles to treat the exhaust. When the gasoline will pull my buddys Dads boat like it wasnt even there. Mike Small put all the financing together for me quickly and painlessly. Way to go Mike!

I went to Bradley Chevrolet in search of a reasonable and affordable car that I can drive too and from work and that is a gas saver and that is dependable. I had my heart set on a chevy malibu but I didnt know what year best suit me till I saw the 2011 chevy malibu then I knew I wanted this car. Matt Harris was there to assit me the whole way with having it sent from Hublers lot to Bradleys I test drove it and fell in love with it. Matt was there ever step of the way informing me about the specs on the car and he even helped me out with setting up the bluetooth in it as well. The whole staff was very nice, and Bradeley Chevrolet had a great atomosphere in there and they care about your personal safety like family would. I would suggest anyone looking for their first new car or just a car in general to go to Bradley they will take care of you.

We worked with David Puglia to find our new car and I loved every minute of shopping for it. David got us, our personalities and our needs. He knew as newlyweds with student loans over us we couldnt afford adding another huge bill but he and Mike worked it out with us, got us an amazing trade in value for my Jeep and I was able to drive away in a 2016 Sonic at a great monthly rate. The other thing I loved about this particular dealership is their respect. My husband and I went to two other Chevy dealers and both only spoke to my husband about the car, not me. Davids first question was "Whos car is this going to be?" When we said mine he asked ME what I liked, disliked, etc. I never felt like my opinions werent being taken seriously. They really did treat us like family.
