After dealing with John Jones in Corydon (the nearest jeep dealership being where I live) for a month and a half bringing my jeep in numerous times and having two failed warranty claims I brought my jeep into Gilstrap twice and my jeep is fixed! I was without a vehicle for 48 hours two separate times never having my vehicle repaired. One time someone forgot to order my part and another time someone forgot to call my warranty company. I had no warranty issues at Gilstrap and everyone there was super nice. I would walk into John Jones and no one would make eye contact with me acting like I had the plaque. I dont know if it was because they didnt want to work or they busy acting like they were working. I walk into Gilstrap having never been there and they all said hello like I was a friend. I bought my first brand new vehicle from John Jones and that will be my last! They wanted me to pay out of pocket for an under warranty fix. Im so glad I went to Gilstrap instead of paying $800 out of pocket. Im sad to say I will not be keeping my buisness local anymore and will be driving 40 minutes to Gilstrap for quality work and great customer service. You wont see me or my money again John Jones!

I brought my jeep to their dealership in Corydon Indiana to get diagnostic on my 4 wheel drive . Did not hear from " manager" for 3 days. Was suppose to be a 2 day fix according to management.I had to continually call him for updates. Not once did he call me with a status report. So when I told him that I would be arriving to get my jeep after 9 days, he told me to wait 1 more day. Almost complete. I had them do a complete tune up on spark plugs, and flush and fill antifreeze. Since then,I have had to replace my radiator and my dash light says I have constant misfire in engine. Hmmmm. Shame on me for trusting these clowns with my jeep. Save yourself an additional headache. Go elsewhere.. All those additional garage Bays that they have built at their store does no good if they dont know what they are doing. Should have built a circus barn. Seems more suitable.

I Have purchased a vehicle here and will not be doing so again. When you try to negotiate a deal, the managers treat you like you have no idea what you are talking about. They also assume that you can’t afford their cars, which again is insulting. Bad pressure sales tactics are very favorable amount he sales force.The culture internally is very negative, turnover is incredibly high, especially for this area. If you are looking for any of the brands sold here and are able to venture to Louisville, that would be highly advisable.

my wife and i got a new jeep grand Cherokee today @john jones I just am blown away by how easy it was, I have brought 6 or 7 new cars and never seen any thing like j jones did not low ball me on trade didnt play any games with the numbers ,told me over the phone the price and nothing changed win I got there ,I live in Louisville and talked with two jeep dealers and nothing but little games, cross could take a few lessons from j.john needless to say I will go back to get my new truck there.

Dealt with the service department and l they were fantastic. Didnt fix it the first time and it brought it back in and they apologized and remidied the issue quickly. WILL bring my car here for any further service! Highly recommend.

I am very dissatisfied with their service department. They failed to provide a recall repair on an older vehicle and gave excuses as to why it couldnt be done. I had the recall done at another dealership with no issues.
