I bought a car from drive time a little over a month ago. For starters I believe they have sort of a false sense of advertisement. They say theyre there to help people with bad credit but still make you pay a down payment through the roof and then slap you will bi weekly payments that are extroininarily high. If they are really their own financing institution I feel like they can give lower interest rates to customers to actually give them an affordable payment plan. Second seeing as Ive had my car a little over a month Ive already had there are things inside my car breaking down and I just found out that I need a new radiator. I think this is terrible. I shouldnt have to immediately repair my vehicle after purchasing if they claim its in good condition when purchased. And the warranty they encourage you to pay for is sketchy. Because if you look at the fine print you might discover that THERE ARE NO APPROVE MECHANICS IN YOUR CITY. its a ripoff. Im extremely dissatisfied with my whole experience and I can tell you Ill never go to drive time again.

I worked with chuck on two different occasions. On the first I wasnt able to walk away with the Jeep Liberty that I wanted. A week later I came back and spoke with chuck again hoping to have the money to get the liberty. Unfortunately, not only had the car been sold, but they changed their down payment policy. So, I thought I was going to be without a car for an even longer amount of time, but chuck was able to dig and dig until he finally found an option for me in Lexington. Chuck then proceeded to drive to Lexington, pick up the car and bring it back for me to test drive. He worked with me on the car, the finances and he even helped me find insurance. It was a perfect experience. Had it been any other place I might have pulled my hair out in frustration over the insurance issues, but he was reassuring and I now own a very nice car that I can afford. I highly recommend it. Give chuck a holler.

I just purchased my vehicle from DriveTime on Dixie Highway. If you are looking for a great car, a great warranty, and wonderful staff, this is the place you want to purchase your next vehicle. The selection of cars that they have is amazing. The way you are treated by the staff and management, you forget that you are at a car dealership. They listen to what you want, and assist you with any questions, no pressure. I never thought that with my personal credit issues, I would be able to drive a newer, low mileage car. I now have a great car, with a great warranty, and low mileage. DeVaughan Lloyd is amazing. Definitely ask for him if you go there, he guides you through the the process and answers any questions that you might have. Tarek the manager is amazing, and also Abby...... Everyone there is awesome :) Thank you to all the staff at DriveTime :)

Where do I begin? I came to Drive Time in September looking for a car after having some unfortunate & unforseen circumstances w/ my previous car. I was assigned to Michael Retledge "Mike" here at the Louisville, Ky office. He was very informative & patient. He was upfront & everything was explained in great detail. I found a car that I absolutely loved but when I got ready to pay my down payment it was gone. Needless to say, after 3 months of emailing back & forth w/ Mike & his patience, I finally found a car. Mike drove all the way to Nashville to get my car & bring it back! Theyre customer service skills are amazing & theyre simply the best! If youre in the market for a car, this is definitely the place. I love my car!

Definitely an awesome place to shop. Great cars for great prices. We had lost all hope on being able to get a bigger vehicle for our expanding family, as well as having lower credit scores, and came to DriveTime. The staff was amazing, very understanding of our situation, they went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle we wanted, and needed! Marco was our Sales Advisor, and he was great, helped us get everything squared away, and even stayed past closing time to get us into our new vehicle. I highly recommend DriveTime to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle! They will take great care of you!

I must say my experience at drive time was an amazing experience,considering i have been to many different car lots and have never enjoyed buying a car as much as i did from mr. Mike Rutledge. Not only was he a very good customer service representative he also made my short wait very comfortable!! I would never go any place else from here on out to purchase a car... Bought a Honda CR-V from Nick James he was Great!! Very helpful and not pushy at all. Nick is new but a very professional and helpful sales person. Like others say they make you feel like your not even buying a car because everyone is so nice. I did the lay away program to save up for the 1000 dollars I put down . Great program take advantage if you need to. I went to several other places and needed at least that much down and only could pick from 2 or 3 cars. At drivetime I had almost the whole lot to choose a car from. Very nice experience thank you Nick and Tarek and others.

The overall buying experience and helpfulness of our salesman was great, We purchased our car on April 2 and on April 8 it overheated. Since then we have had it in the repair shop three separate times, the last time it had to be taken to a Chevrolet dealership to be fixed. I have been displeased with the fact they assure you the cars are checked by a certified mechanic, Im not convinced it was actually checked or of this persons certifications!. If it hadnt been for the 30 day warranty we would have been out an additional $1000 BEFORE even making our first payment!

I have to say that this is the best place to buy a car they do not hassle you theyre not waiting out front for you my sales guy was awesome his name was James head very patient and very nice I would recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a car they work with you not trying to push you into something that you dont want and like I said my salesman James was great could not ass for a nicer person I have never felt this comfortable buying a car until I came to DriveTime Thanks James for such a great job and helping me out and being so patient
