Worst customer service of my life. Purchased a used vehicle from this business. The sales representatives I worked with were overall fine, and in particular I received great service from Paris and Tammy. However, post-sales-related issues were handled alarmingly poorly; I still had not received important materials over two weeks past the cited "receive by" date. Numerous phone calls resulted in little progress and mixed answers. At this point, I was merely frustrated that it seemed either balls were being dropped, or that the process was not being adequately explained to me, or both. Paris kindly listened to the issues and helped get me down the right track to resolve the oversights. Finally, after amicably resolving half the issues and cheered by a promise to have the other quickly resolved, I received a phone call from Joe who berated me, raised his voice over mine to drown out my efforts to explain what happened, waving off my comments and attempts at explaining my situation as "me and my fancy words," suggested I had been harassing the entire dealership with phone calls during my efforts to resolve my issues. He insinuated I was extremely lucky that he would even take the time to figure out what was going on with my issue (involving actually money owed to me as well). Eventually, he told me to stop contacting them, that he hoped I enjoyed my car, and hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly. I am happy so far with the car; I am enraged by the "customer service" by Joe in particular. Would never buy a car from here again. Fortunately, the case was later taken over by another manager, who was able to explain and resolve the issue for me. Heres hoping the check is truly "in the mail."

I would never buy a car from these scam artists. This is in regards to the Hyundai Dealership. After shopping around for about a week with almost every dealer on Long Island i wound up at Riverhead Hyundai. They didnt have the car i wanted new but said they had a used one that only had 1265 miles on it. They said it was black exterior on black leather interior, i verified this with the incompetent salesman, Kevin, and he confirmed that it was black on black. After driving there (45 mins away) i found out that it was black exterior on light grey interior. Basically these guys BSed us to get us in their door. Their excuses were that the sales rep was new and that the 2011 Sonata did not come in with a black leather interior. Well, i had been test driving one the day before and it was black. The Sales Manager Vito was no better. It was basically a bunch of little kids running this place while i was there. I went back to Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip and bought my new black on black the next morning, no one could touch their pricing.

CARs Engine BLEW after having car serviced on a Hyundai 2011 Veracruz. Driving 65 mph on the way from Vacation AFTER car had been brought in for a service and for a check up on the engine the cars breaks and steering completely went and then the engine seized. Hyundai in Riverhead was rude and unhelpful and unwilling to provide the service information for the Regional Manager in CT nor assist in helping us get back home. Since then, the engine was replaced which took two months. Received vehicle back with a dent in the back door and then the oil leak started. Riverhead Hyundai is unresponsive, rude at times their only saving grace is their manager Brian. Who does calm you down - but doesnt Necessarily DO anything. Overall - I do NOT suggest ANYONE use either the SALES or Service. When I review how much I am paying for the car- I am enraged. STEER CLEAR!

I had an awful experience. It was going really good and we agreed on a great price for a used 2008 Nissan Rogue. I was happy with the purchase price and came in at night to sign the contract and take possession of the car. Just before we were to sign the final contract, I asked about the cars certification that both the salesman Francoise and the manager Tommy had agreed to. They told me they couldnt certify for the price we had agreed on and Id have to pay the difference if I wanted it. Check in hand, I walked out. They called me two more times. I went up the road to the Eagle Auto Mall, had a great experience, and a week later am driving a brand new Kia Sportage. Save yourself the hassle and avoid the Riverhead Auto Mall and their shadyness.

WARNIING! WARNING! WARNING! Do not go to this service department or dealership! The plastic cover of my Altima side view mirror went missing at a mall when I was shopping and I went to Riverhead Auto Mall to get it replaced. They were nasty, rude and treated me like I was stupid. I told then the mirror was not damaged and worked. The manager told me I needed a complete NEW mirror, with parts and labor $700. I took the car to my trusted body shop and got it repaired for $100 (just needed the plastic mirror cover using a new Nissan part). (Can you ever trust them! To get a 15,000 mile service they wanted to charge me $369, my trusted service place cost $168!

Do NOT buy a car from these crooks! Its a bait and switch! I went Monday and made what seemed like a good deal on a Nissan- only to go Wed to "pick up" the car and find that they would not sell unless I tacked on a 2500 warranty amongst other hidden fees. They also lowballed my trade in at almost half of that other dealers had previously offered. Walked out and now have a case number with corporate. How do these people sleep at night? Disgusting!

Very unprofessional. LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES!. Cars are not as advertised. Looked good in the pictures but when I got there lots of body damage and scratches present. Pricing is a scam also. $2000+ in HIDDEN FEES on top of their so called great price and sales tax. They arent helpful or knowledgeable about the cars either! STAY AWAY!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! THEY SAY PEOPLE COME ALL THE WAY FROM CT TO LOOK AT THEIR CARS. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL.

The managers and finance people at this dealership should be ashamed of themselves. Its amazing they can sleep at night! Not only do they fail to respond to any written or verbal requests for information or clarification they bully you at closing with some BS line about additional warranties that will be refunded if not used. As someone who they took advantage of; it will never happen. Stay away if you value your money and your dignity.

I TOOK A 19 YR OLD FRIEND OF THE FAMILY TO PURCHASE A PRE OWNED PT CRUSER . EVERYTHING WENT TOO SMOOTH UNTIL IT CAME TO FINANCING. WHAT RIP OFFS! THE PAYMENT WAS SO HIGH, IT WAS LIKE FINANCING A NEW BMW. THEY TOOK HER $140. CASH DEPOSIT. AND WHEN SHE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP THE DEPOSIT, THEY TOLD HER ITS IN THE MAIL. LIKE ITS A JOKE. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL WEEKS SHE STILL HAS NOT SEEN THE DEPOSIT MONEY.
