AWFUL experience. Very unprofessional, even for a used car dealer. My salesman walked away from me mid conversation to talk to another customer. They gave me the keys to check out the vehicle I was interested in and then this plain clothes guy walks over and says we dont have to wait for the salesman to come out, we can test drive it now. So this guy hops in the vehicle, complains about his career and bad credit, tries to tell me he also has his realtors license and if Im looking around to give him a call. He even took personal calls on his cell phone while on the test drive. Once I got back to the dealership the salesman sat us down at the ONE desk in the middle of the waiting room (total lack of any privacy). He doesnt ask me any questions and just begins filling out a loan app. I said I planned to pay cash and he said "Oh ok, so the whole $15,999 in cash then. I said "Well wait a second, we havent done any negotiating?!" He replies by saying "I dont want to waste my time or yours but there is nothing to negotiate, this is the lowest price we will offer on the truck, so take it or leave it." I stood right up and walked out. Upon calling back to see if they would be interested to talk now, the guy that answers the phone asks me how I got this number. I said on the internet, under Prestige Auto. He was almost offended that someone called and asked for the gentleman that does the test drives. He was the only one that wanted to sell cars so he is who I wanted to speak with. Apparently thats not acceptable to them. Please steer clear of this very very shady place. They operate the entire business off of one guys personal cell phone! He picks up and just says "Hello?" like why are you calling me? They dont care about you, only about your money. I went somewhere else and got a much better deal and didnt have to deal with these scumbags.

I went to Prestige Auto Cars from a referral and Im really happy he sent me. They got me into the car I was looking for at absolutely the best price I could find out there. I had shopped around with 7 other new and used car dealerships before going there and the sales staff here was much more helpful and willing to work with my needs. Ashley took me on test drives. She was very professional. Robert took care of pricing and knew exactly what he was doing! He worked out the best deal Id gotten from my whole car shopping experience, and Im not an easy sale. The car was ready for me when they said it would and the whole process was very smooth. The staff told me to drop-in if I had any questions or concerns, but my car is running excellent so dont think Ill have to do that. Thank you so much guys!

Buying the car was great helpful with everything but when you are having a problem with the car horrible service, I will never buy another car from here my at was 3 days in the shop and nothing was done no phone calls about my car I had to keep calling to try to find out any information about the car. I was so aggravated that I went into the sales department and they told me they are to different companys at the end of the day I bought the car here and you cant help me at all NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A CAR HERE

Totally unprofessional. Keep trying to get my bill of sale to clear up a time sensitive tax/motor vehicle issue and they are full of excuses. Lily told me shed have it by the end of the day today, after Ive been trying for weeks with no call back. Did not recieve bill of sale-called her 6.5 hours later and now she tells me Jason the finance guy has to print it out on Monday. Do not buy a car here, you have been warned!

They managed to get me in to the car I wanted for the price I wanted. And the best part-no pushy sales people!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car for the simple fact that they dont try and take advantage of the customer and they will work with you with out making you feel ashamed for past mistakes on your credit.

This was the worst shopping experience period.The staff knew nothing about the cars they had, the couldnt find keys, and the manager was very rude and bad tempered. Plus most their cars were dirty and packed tightly together so you couldnt actually look in the cars.

Please DONT go here. This was my first time EVER going to a dealership and I got taking advantage of. They gave me a lemon and a HUGE loan to pay back. They all about taking your money....Do yourself a favor, a Hassel, and bring your money to a REAL dealership.
