This is in reply to Zach Allard`s reveiw.Dean Auto Sales does not owe him money. When he bought his car he financed it and took out gap insurance .He then cancelled it with the insurance co after a year. Because it was paid through Dean Auto Sales, the insurance company sends the check to the dealer .When we recieved the money from the insurance co,which took some time from them, we then sent a check to him.He has been paid in full and will not remove the reveiw. We have contacted him several times to do so. Dean Auto Sales takes great pride in our reputation. Please check us out with the BBB. Dean Auto Sales has a A+ rating. Financed an 01 audi tt, was not serviced as they said it would. They said they would put the inspection sticker and I agreed. The only problem they seemed to fix was the hydraulic shocks for the trunk. A few weeks after I bought the car there was a squeak whenever there was a bump on the road. I took it to the shop and it was diagnosed with bad ball joints, sway bar links, and bad valve cover gasket, amongst other things. If the inspection was done properly then it would have been a reject but it wasnt. It was a shady sale and I would not recommend this place.

These guys arent like the rest of the creesy haired dealers out there. When you buy a car from them they stand behind it. Most dealers onece they have youre $$$$ youre on youre own. They were honest, polite, and when we noticed the windshield wiper fluid was leaking a couple days later they fixed it free of charge and let us know to come back if it malfunctions again and they will fix it for free. Honest genuine people at this dealership.
