Bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from here. On the facade it was a good deal. They touted a 100 something point inspection and insisted i didnt need a to have it inspected by my mechanic. Well, that was a big mistake on my part. Here i am a few months later and radiator hoses are breaking, Replacing them one by one... One of the brake calipers was sticking in the rear. That damaged the rotor, so the rear rotors and brake pads all around, a $1200 repair. The main window multi switch was worked for about a month then stopped working. So i removed it to investigate, and i find that someone has pulled it apart before. It is very apparent that they did whatever they had to do to make it work for that short period... Thanks! I ended up buying a new switch on ebay for $70, cant imagine what that would cost at the dealership. The newest issue is that the van has intermittent starting issues. Weve replaced the battery so far to sink us for $165. The next suspect would be the starter. Thanks for the 100 something point inspection guys! We can tell youre doing what you can to keep the wives and families of your customers safe.

I own a 2013 chrysler 300s awd.. A total nightmare this vehicle has a vibration that progressively getting worse. Ive been to 4 chrysler dealers including byers no one can fix also Byers repair shop practice shady business. Took my car there for vibration and services engine lite. Tech told me the engine lite was because of wrong oil velocity. .. Bullsh** i do my own oil change and only use Amsoil 5w20 full synthetic oil they change oil and tech told me it would take a few weeks for engine lite to go out. Engine lite never turn off took it to a local certified shop near home they scan and found it was reporting bad oil pressure sensor they also stated there was never any history showing wrong oil velocity. My Bluetooth modular went bad as well it was replaced under warranty. Oh befor. I forget i have Chrysler lifetime max warranty which doesnt mean crap. If you dont have plenty of money to waste and time Please please please avoid Chrysler and its shady dealers i wish i did.. Google chrysler 300 200 and jeep vibration issue

Called and scheduled an appointment for a recall repair on my truck. I asked if they had the parts and was told yes, so I scheduled the appointment. Got a call the morning of the appointment only to be told we have to order the parts, and will call when they come in (wasted appointment and my time). I received an email survey asking about my last appointment at Byers, I filled out the survey and submitted it expressing my frustration. I received a call wanting to get the repair made to my truck, so I scheduled an appointment and was told the repair would take 1 to 11/2 hours. We took the truck in at 9am and it was finished and ready to go at 3:15 in the afternoon. The longest hour and a half I have ever experienced. Not to mention the service staff is rude and would rather be doing anything else than helping you the customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! !

Worst service I have ever received not only from a car dealership,...but ever. I had them put a new set of tires on my Jeep and got stranded with two separate flats within a month. I could not keep air in the tires, was constantly putting air in them. I returned three different times and they told me the tires were fine and just put more air in them. They told me it was because it was cold out. I asked to speak with the manager and he told the tech. to tell me that he was "too busy". A sure sign of a coward and a crook if you ask me! I took the car elsewhere and they fixed all four tires, no charge. I have not seen the tire pressure light since, and that includes the winter. Byers does not care about you or the safety of your family and will happily send you on your way in a car that is unsafe, just to get you out of their service center. Use them at your own risk!

i will say at first it was very bad because i took my car to the services center only because the Engine check light was on. They end up doing some work on my car and when I picked it up it had problems that it didn’t even have so I took it back to the services center and they called me talking about another problem need to be fixed that was going cost me more money that I didn’t have and I was very mad . long story short I end up sending an email to the manger Mr. Tyler which email then called me back and after I long called he understood what I was saying and worked with me and had my car fixed and I was so thankful for him understanding what I was saying . i give all my up respect to the manger MR. Tyler for putting himself in my shoes. i told you were a blessing and that you was.

Came in for an Oil change and wanted a quote for brake change.. had to pay $20 for them to tell me I needed a brakes changed? I asked for a quote!? I already knew that from my breaks making noise. The customer service was horrible... The guy helping didnt ask any questions wanted me to wait while he finished something else up and seemed annoyed, felt like I was making him do something he didnt want to do. When they called with the quoit the guy just read a bunch of rates and said what do you want, didnt mention any specials they had going on that I seen they had discounts for Thanksgiving, and again was short and seemed annoyed. Would not recommend to take your car here for service..

We purchased a brand new 2016 Chrysler Town and Country from here and had an excellent purchase experience. Well, thats where it ended. We took the van in to have our U-Connect looked at 2 weeks after purchase and it was determined that we needed a new radio. That was almost 9 weeks ago. We have called them at least 4 times wondering why its taking so long. We finally contacted Chrysler today and they called the dealership to find out what was going on. Turns out they never ordered the radio at all and obviously just lied to us when we called about it, but not to worry because they ordered it today!!! I can honestly say that this will be the last time we visit their service department.

I visited three Jeep dealers in the last week, Byers was by far the best. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted properly (which this should be every dealerships primary focus) and they were respectful of my time. I called ahead to schedule a test drive, the car was prepped and ready to go. Prior to my visit, I did my homework! After returning from the test drive, they came at me with a great price (no haggling). Returned to work for two hours and ended my Friday picking up my new Wrangler. Other Jeep dealerships should take note. CUSTOMER SERVICE... IT MEANS EVERYTHING. My sales assocaite was Richard Jackson. Knowledgable, respectful, and appreciative. Ill be back.
