I had been in the market for a vehicle for several months, and test drove a Ford Focus from their lot in late 2015. It was a great car, but it wasnt what I wanted or needed. When I decided the Focus wasnt for me, there was no strong arm, high pressure sales pitch, which I appreciated very much, and it is the reason I kept them in mind as I kept looking. About a week ago, I was browsing on line and saw they were advertising a 2011 Chevy Malibu. It was in my price range, and seemed like it had potential. I drove it on Tuesday, and loved it. When I got back to the lot, I asked Kevin if it was okay if I had my mechanic take a look at it, and I braced myself for the excuses -- only there werent any! Not only did he not object, HE DROVE THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC FOR ME WHILE I WAS AT WORK!!! My mechanic gave it a clean bill of health. That was Wednesday morning. I arranged the financing on Wednesday afternoon, closed the loan Thursday afternoon and drove my Malibu home on Thursday night. I am so excited about my new car, and would gladly visit them again next time I am in the market for a car (which may be sooner than I like, as my kidlet is heading to Drivers Ed in the next couple of weeks!!!!). Thanks again Mashburn Motors, and Kevin, for helping a single mom find a safe, reliable, affordable and BEAUTIFUL car!

I just purchased a fantastic low mileage GMC Yukon XL from Mashburn motors! The car was just as advertised and looked even better in person than in the on line photos. Genuine, personable people, Awesome Service, and dependable vehicles. That was the most impressive car buying experience I have ever had. It was the vehicle I was looking for, I came from NC to purchase truck sight unseen, but did have the option to turn it down. They brought the truck to the hotel by the airport, allowed me to test drive it, go thru it the best way that I could, and decide at that time. They went out of their way to make sure the truck was road ready for the 750 mile trip to NC. It also was the best road trip, knowing that the 2008 truck was in great condition. I would not hesitate to refer anybody to Mashburn motors, local or out of state. I bought a used convertible off the lot from Mashburn Motors. We had no intention of buying a car that day, just wanted to check the make and model after weeks of on-line shopping. After a test drive, pleasant, no preasure and informative discussion with Kevin, we left. Did not get far, the car was beautifully detailed and close enough to the price range I had in mind. I would definitely do business with Kevin and his team at Mashburn Motors again. I flew in from NY to pick up my dream car, 2004 Cobra, they met me at the airport, took me out for breakfast and made sure I got back home alright. Saved me hours of driving time and they even printed out my insurance card for me so I was completely legal driving home. They are car guys that know great cars and deliver. My wife and I were blown away with all the HIGH QUALITY vehicles you can choose from! Mashburn Motor is not your typical car sales lot. I bought a car in 15 minutes here. Spoke W Kevin about vehicle on the phone and drove over from Grand Rapids to pick it up. It was as advertised and very accurate description of all the items on the vehicle which was the nicest part as I took 2.5 hrs to get there to test drive it.
