I recently purchased a 2015 Ram 3500 and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was both lied to and deceived. I would look somewhere else for a car purchase. I couldn’t find a Ram 3500 with the options I was looking for, so I wanted to place a factory order. I got pricing from several dealers. Kasper’s sales manager offered me a deal that was several thousand dollars better than the others so even though they were 2hrs from my home I placed the order with them. Before the truck arrived I called the dealership and learned the sales manager had left. Then they attempted to renegotiate, raising the price. I told them that I would not pay that and they could sell the truck to someone else. I discovered I could order from another dealer and get the same deal I had originally, but the 2015 models were no longer in production so I would have to wait for a 2016. Not wanting to wait that long, I asked Kasper to look at it again, they did and came back with a fair price so I told them I would buy the truck. I got a pre-approval from a local credit union for the loan and discussed the rate with the new sales manager and the finance person at Kasper. I was told that they could be competitive with that rate, or I could re-finance after 3 months with no penalty. I agreed to take their financing, if I had used my financing the process of completing the sale would take a week because I could only make the trips to the dealer on the weekend. I went to Kasper on a Saturday to trade in my old truck and take delivery of the new one. When I arrived it was raining quite hard and the new truck was parked in the service department so I could look it over. The sales manager took my trade for a test drive and when he returned he said everything looked good. We just need to wait on financing to finish up with another customer. When I went to the finance office I reviewed all the numbers and then was told what the payment would be. The interest rate was 2.05% higher than my credit union. This rate would equate to $4,200 more over the life of the loan compared to my rate. Since we had already discussed refinancing I accepted this knowing that 3 months of higher payments was worth saving my time traveling back and forth between the dealer and credit union. I was upset with the pricing change, but I felt I got a good deal and had the truck I wanted. That evening I looked over all the paperwork and discovered that the loan I signed had a prepayment penalty if paid off more than 6 months early! I should have read the fine print before I signed, but since this had already been discussed I thought I was safe. I immediately sent a text the sales manager expressing my discontent and suggesting several ways he could attempt to make this right. I was told he would discuss it with the finance manager first thing Monday and get back to me. Monday I received this text message back from him: “The loan was done electronically on Saturday and the finds were deposited in our account. With that being the case there isn’t much we can do to refinance the loan. The finance was done with the best APR and term available.” I contacted the bank to see if the account number was available so I could begin the refinance process. I was told the loan had not been processed and there was nothing in their system. Why would the bank release funds on a loan that hasn’t been processed? It appears this is another attempt by Kasper to mislead me. To summarize: I was lied to and hassled with over the price after placing the order, I was lied to again about what the financing terms would be. Finally once they had my money I was lied to and blown off when I caught them on the financing. I would advise anyone looking to purchase vehicle to stay away from Kasper, they may offer you a good price, but they will try to take advantage of you if given the opportunity.

I wish I couldve gotten my car somewhere else. I got a Buick regal and I felt extremely rushed through everything, I was excited I was able to get approved for a cat like that for having no credit and only being 21. But the next day I noticed that all of the tires are dry rotted and one of them even has a bulge. So I went in there and the man who sold me the car, Shane, said that it wasnt there when I bought it and there was nothing they could do. Btw they are $325 tires and I have to use up my tire warranty on it, which only covers up to $150 (which I wasnt told) and they said Id have to cover the remaining cost out of pocket. So I ended up going with the cheapest tire they had and they ended up covering the remaining cost of tire. The manager himself said I was being, "unreasonable," because Im worried about my safety and I think its wrong that I should have to use my warranty on something that was noticed the very next day. "It is what it is," the manager told me. I couldnt believe how they were handling this Im extremely upset and disappointed I didnt even get the same tire thats on the car. Im giving them 0 stars but 1 is as low as you can go. Oh I forgot they replaced both of my windshield wipers for free somehow. I guess they get to choose what the want to fix and what I get stuck with. Like I said Im very upset with that place. I would recommend to stay away from there I got treated better at a tiny buy here pay here place. Just not what I was expecting at all.

Service was ok but cars not so much! Got a 2008 ford focus! Not so much worried about what kind of car it was considering I was trying to get out of a JD Byrider car that I kept up on. Got the car the 2 back doors would not open (might I add I was just about 9 months pregnant and I let them know I needed a 4 door car)! Salesman went for a ride with us had to get out of the car by climbing through the front seat along with my 6 year old! Was told to bring it back they would fix it for free, then the story changed and I had to take it to foster cheverolet and they wanted to charge me 200.00 for both doors! Why do I have to pay and it was their fault? Well I got into a car accident, got hit pretty bad and the airbags did not deploy! Might I add the car is totaled. I was still pregnant when this happen and my now 2 month old has issues with her right hip because of it! Went back to kasper and I asked why the airbags didnt deploy and was told "you have to get hit pretty hard" considering the car is totaled how much harder do I have to be hit? In desperate need for a car my childs father and I went back and got yet another car. Just last night as he was driving the wheel axel broke and the car basically spun out of control. Neither one of the cars made it 30 days and the 30 day tags are still on. Considering its sunday they are closed and I guarantee they arent going to give a care in the world.
