*** SCAM SCAM SCAM *** They sell non functional cars! Wen I looked at thier lot, half the cars wouldnt start. Their inventory will most likely need intense maintenance after purchase. In my case took a week to run tests. Once my car stopped in the middle of traffic. After not even 24 after picking up the car, it stops in mid traffic again. 5 more times after that! Took it to thier certified mechanic, Pepboys & They avoid issues until your out of warrenty. & Their customer service is horrific! All they care about is ur payments.regardless if you are in warrenty & want to return or exchange they will give you the run around until your screwed & no longer covered! Especially customer relation "ensuring" everything being taken care of & never calls back or even addresses to the issue by not seeing that no work is being done to my car at any shops They send me. They have no intentions on taking care of you after the signatures are completed. The general manager never called back. You mind as well buy brand new for what the end price comes out to be. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Take my word, its not just this location all locations run the same!

Many people write reviews about how great of a sales man "Mr Jones" is. But there is one particular gentleman who I visited at the Lombard store that was not aggressive. His name is Anthony...As I walked the lot, he came out and introduced himself and allowed me to walk the lot alone. I felt non pressured and took my time. I didnt buy that day but Anthony followed up w a very friendly phone call saying he is transferring to the Aurora location. I traveled out to Aurora to get the right experience of buying a vehicle. He is going to be a great asset to Drivetime Aurora. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and have a great experience, dont hesitate to see Anthony.

On the lot....what a joke. Im a mechanic, and listening to the salesman trying to justify why all their cars are over 10k was hilaroius. Almost all cars are priced within a 2k range of each other, odd Also, I am writing a year later because they started calling us again. Every day, they call, it is crazy. We finally blocked the number since we asked them to stop, and they did not. If you want an overpriced car from a salesman with little knowledge, shope at Drivetime! We bought across the street and am happay as ever a year later.

Bryce, Chris and JD were awesome about finding the SUV that fitted my needs and wants!!! They were friendly and made me feel so comfortable in the buying process!!! Glad I finally checked this place out!! Im absolutely in love with my Jeep!!! I will be recommending this place to all of the ppl I know that need a nice vehicle but dont have the best credit or financial past! Their staff is awesome! Even the financing companys customer service was friendly and answered my questions!

Spoke with Greg to set up an appointment to look at a couple cars and talk financing... Upon arrival was surprised to see how clean it was for a dealership. Silvia was amazing and Taj too! They worked with myself who has low income and my fiance who is a bit better off than myself to finance a car.. I drove home that day with a low downpayment and low bi-weekly payments! I couldnt be happier and I highly recommend DriveTime Aurora to anyone looking to buy a quality used car!!!

Yes, Yes, Yes Jesus. I had been to four other places. God said it was not my time yet. When one of my sisters in christ told me to come here it was a blessing then. I enjoyed the online pre-approval process. That made it nice and easy for me to decide if I wanted to look around the lot. When I got to the Aurora location, Greg McMullen was extremely helpful as well as personable. He does a great job of connecting with the customer. I can honestly say i came into drive time and received above and beyond service from Gregory McMullen. They went as far as going to another location to retrieve a car for me. These guys were very polite and showed great customer service even to my 4 year old daughter. I would definitely refer friends and family to the Aurora location. Go see Greg. He was a friendly, true, and honest car salesman.

Had my help first with Silvia and she was immensely helpful and very honest. Knew exactly what I was looking for and sincerely cared about what I wanted. Then closed the contract with JD and it was raining and he met me and my mother outside with an umbrella. True class act! Then Bryce (manager) was very genuine with wanting to help me in an efficient timely manner! Great service all around!
