My wife and I traded in our 2013 Traverse for a lower mileage 2016 Traverse. We are very happy with the vehicle as we have been with all of our previous 5 vehicle purchases from Enterprise Sales, but what I really want to acknowledge is the three young men we dealt with. Donovan, Blake, and Chris were outstanding in every way. Very personable and helpful, and totally knowledgeable from the operation and features of the vehicle to how to get us the best financing possible. We had actually dealt with Chris in purchasing our last Traverse and were so happy with him that I, of course, asked for him again only to find that he had been promoted. We were very happy to hear that for Chris and were told that one of the salesmen on Chris team would be taking care of us, which was Donovan. Disappointed at first, but very happy for Chris on what we felt was a well deserved promotion and it was not long at all before I knew that I was going to be just as happy working with Donovan before I even met him. We were getting ready to leave on vacation and a bit short on time to find and put together a deal before leaving, so my introduction to Donovan was over the phone to give him some ideas as to just what I would be looking for in my next vehicle. When we got back from vacay, I called Donovan and he had found the perfect car for us within my mileage criteria and at a great price. When I went in and finally got to meet Donovan, I was even more impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, willingness to go through the features of it with me and even paired up my phone to the blue tooth for me. And last, but far from least was Blair who not only helped secure excellent financing for us, but patiently ... VERY patiently walked me through all the paper work, explained all the options of warranty, extended warranty, gap insurance etc. and was just a total pleasure to work with. In summary, dealing with the trio of Chris, Donovan, and Blair was a home run from my perspective.

You would have never thought Enterprise would sell cars would you? I found out after doing a search on what happens to car rentals. It so happens Enterprise Car Sales sells cars. :) The cars are not bad either. I just drove away with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. At first I was wary about choosing a used car. I was also looking for an affordable car that is safe and reliable. Also I did not want to go for an older car and needed something that will be cost effective. Never have I thought Id find a car in this condition for the price. I made an inquiry online and received a very fast response the next business day. That same day I went out to Enterprise Car Sales to look at the options. Little did I know I would be back and driving off the lot with an impressive purchase. The car drives like new and the staff have been nothing but great to me from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away. They definitely give you many options to choose from and work with your requirements. Also I have to say. When they say there is no haggle. They really do mean it. While I was present I never felt pressured, rushed or in a situation where Id have to negotiate. We got the price of the vehicle and they were straight forward with me. We looked at our options and I drove away :) I got to give the staff and representatives credit for helping me make a solid purchase and keeping me well informed. All I can say is that I will be referring friends and family to Enterprise Car Sales.

Ive never ever ever experienced great customer service such as Tobias King! He was very kind, patient, and informative regarding vehicles! He knew so much about any vehicle I had questions about! He helped me every step of the way! I spoke with Tobias via phone and I only informed him of what I didnt want, what I was trading in. When I arrived he already had a car in mind, from a 2 minute conversation...the first vehicle I saw was EVERYTHING I wanted even the color, that I hadnt told him about! When I was ready to purchase the vehicle I met Blair (another great personality) who informed me of warranties I could purchase and what was covered and explained every line I signed/initialed. When It was time for me to take possession of the vehicle Tobias had already switched things into the new vehicle...He took time in the pouring rain standing outside to show me all the features omg he paired my phone to the car! I can go on and on regarding THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED even from employees that walked by, but I wont! If youre looking to buy a new/used vehicle PLEASE CONSIDER ENTERPRISE CAR SALES IN GLEN ELLYN AND BE SURE TO ASK FOR TOBIAS KING! YOULL GET BLAIR, THE CLOSER, AS A BONUS...The buying experience is nothing like pushy dealerships especially with the no-haggle pricing...STOP READING AND GO TO ENTERPRISE CAR SALES AND FINALLY ENJOY BUYING A CAR!

My wife and I purchased a slick 2016 NISSAN Rogue yesterday from the team at Enterprise. This was the first time weve gone the route of a used/certified car vs. the dealer and I have to say what an incredible customer experience we had. From start to finish, Tobias King, Brandon Kuta and Blair Berg took care of us to the nth degree. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted but Brandon gave us additional info that helped us make our final decision. Tobias was the KING of hospitality throughout - offering up answers to all of our questions and being patient while we fought the Naperville traffic to get out there. And Blair - my man! He was super friendly and put us at ease during the finance piece of the equation. Lastly - everyone in the store treated us like we were the most important person there and when I mentioned that I was a veteran, each thanked me for my service. Thanks for the great experience guys! I really doubt Ill ever go to the dealer again for a car. Between the online and in-store experience - Enterprise is THE way to go!!

It is by far the only way to buy a used car! Joey Biniak, my salesman, LISTENED to my needs and made recommendations accordingly. In the end, without pressure, haggling (regateo) or half truths I purchased a 2014 Buick Verano. On top of the courtesy and professionalism that I was afforded, it is Enterprises policy to give its clients SEVEN DAYS to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Within this time you can exchange or cancel your transaction and receive your money back. Within those seven days I took my new car to my trusted mechanics from Clarks Car Care in Naperville. Their verdict: they loved the car, it pass their inspection and concluded "your car is in top condition". Enterprise is also a FULL SERVICE company. When I left their premises I had my new plates, my new State sticker and was ready to roll. No hassles, no haggling, no pressure.

I recently bought a car from enterprise. I looked at the inventory online and then we drove (very spontaneously on my only night off) over two hours to where the particular car was located. This is the second car I purchased from enterprise because I appreciate the experience so much more than one of your typical car dealership. There is no pressure because theres no haggling- they only want to sell you exactly what you want. Timothy was very pleasant, informative, and was great at sports small talk! The manager, Chris, was wonderful as well. We even kept them there an hour after closing (not on purpose, but because we are from out of town it wouldve been hard to come back) and they were so accommodating and courteous the entire time. I would recommend enterprise, as well as this location specifically, to anyone.
