The worst customer service ever, have one guy named jerry juggling me and another customer, not only this he was non stop on facebook messaging someone, is this how you all handle your bussiness? Not only that i explaine my situation over the phone, he told me come in, i explain it again once i get there, then he asked me questions explaing it again and telling me no i couldnt get a loan, when an hour ago he told me with the pre approved letter i could leave with one no problem, worst service ever took over an hour just to look up my credit, dont go here or whereever the hell jerry decides to work after the owners read this, also notw when i left pissed off and asked for the corporate number, herry decided to google it saying he doesnt have one, so then he googles another store with his nifty phone that never left his hand since the secobd i walked in the door, and gave me another stores phone number, not to mention according to him i never told him anything of my aituation, was i talking to myself for an hour, do you have multiple twins with the same name? Or is your vustomer service really so terrible that i would waste my time writing this about a place i will never return

Please be aware... bad terrible ethics. Young gentleman greeted me at door, didnt let me get my son out first out of the car. He insisted that I come inside to run my credit check first without looking at the cars. After I said I wanted to look at the cars he basically said no, I needed to run my credit first. After I gave in to his antics I sat at his desk. While looking up at ceiling, i saw two giant water leaks coming from ceiling, dripping into 2 buckets, very disgusting. Then I was almost forced to run my credit check until I said no, I said I wanted to see whats on the lot first. When i was out there, I was asking for prices the cars I was interested in, he told me I could not know until my credit was checked. Very very very sketchy place. Buyer beware. They will sell you a car with bad credit but at a very very high interest rate. Please look at others before buying

Right Way in Crest Hill is AWESOME! Ayat my salesperson is so nice, professional & friendly. I came in just hoping and praying to get in ANY car to rebuild fresh out of a Chapter 7. Not only was I put in a car... BUT A FULLY LOADED CAR! Ayat told me she got me and she did! She even shared her own experiences so she can relate to trying to rebuild. Howard gave me cupcakes! Al & Byron worked and impossible deal to make the car I fell in love with have affordable payments. I hugged everyone! When you come ask for AYAT! She will take care of you! The staff here are professional, and super friendly! Im SO happy with my 2015 FORD FUSION FULLY LOADED TITANIUM!

Very nice staff, I had the salesman Al he was such a character, full of energy and jokes, he understood my situation and tried to get me in the best car for me and my family even though the first car didnt work out for my budget he still was able to get me in a nice car with low mileage and affordable payments. He even drove an hour to my house to hand deliver some other paperwork that was needed. We all know that buying a car can be time consuming but with Al as your salesman you wont even notice your clock! If you are going to purchase a car from right way see Al!!! Loving our new Passat! I am not much for sitting around and waiting at a dealership to buy a car! Some places make you wait hours before even really talking to you. Al was great and I truly had a wonderful experience here. I wasnt able to get the car I chose, BUT I got something better and something more the style I was looking for. Al was funny, helpful, and very easy to talk to! I would really recommend the place if you really arent doing well credit wise (need something affordable) and if you want to enjoy the car buying experience. 5 stars guys! Great Job!

Omg let me just start and say Im loving my new 2015 Hyundai Tucson that I got yesterday from Rightway in cresthill. Byron my sales rep was amazing and so helpful, worked with me to get my dream car. The whole staff at Rightway made me feel very welcome they are simply amazing. I still owed money on my previous car and they were able to help me get out of that one and into the one I was really wanting. I will forever be grateful for there kindness. Keisha is the best. Ive been wanting to buy a new car for a while and I didnt really know if it was possible to purchase a reliable car at an affordable price without any credit. I was at the store for a while test driving cars, filling out paper work, etc. The whole experience was very enjoyable. Keisha answered all of my questions and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the buying process as it was my first time doing this. Definitely try this place out. Not to mention: I love my new car!!!!!!

I have been dealing with another used car place in Joliet on Larkin and ran into a little problems but never was late on payments and to make a long story short I have a Bk. But went to the dealership I have a relationship with and after buying 6 cars these folks told me I needed 1000 dollars down well I didnt have it so I heard about Right Way on 1510 am and Apostle Byron he got me a 2015 with 38,000 miles no money down Thanks Apostle Byron @ Right Way!!!!!!

The car buying process was good, with Iya. However I returned to get a copy of paperwork and requested a front plate holder as the cars didnt come with one- and mamagmemt told me to purchase one. A dealership not honoring a basic requests such as free advertisement, and insisting I go purchase one.... As a matter of fact....the manger didnt even get up from his desk to greet me...he sent someone to relay the message. ~disappointed female consumer~

Ayat was the salesperson I purchased my first vehicle from & she is incredible, honestly! She helped me out so much & because of her Im driving away with an 07 Ford Focus! The car is in great condition & the mileage is insanely low! I almost couldnt believe it I love Ayat her smile & personality sold me a car lol I definitely prefer anyone whos anyone come here to purchase a vehicle! Make sure you ask for Ayat! Ayat Ayat Ayat!
