I made an appointment to have my dog bathed for 4:30. I got their early for I also had a hair appointment for the same time. They just took a walk in and she told me I had to wait while she did whatever to the dog. Maybe 5 minutes.i waited The owner was shopping in the store. She kept me waiting on the owner to come back because she said she couldnt put the dog in a kennel because he was a walk in but my dog who have an appointment cant be checked in until the owner comes to pick up the dog. I waited over 15 minutes and finally just left. I cant believe how unbelievable they have NO COMMON SENSE. They didnt think anything of me walking out. I even came back after I made arrangements to be late and they continue to keep me waiting. Unbelievable. Went down the street to bark bed and beyond and they took me immediately and charged half the price. Thanks girls. When my dog puts her nose at the exit door that should have been my first clue you are not only not customer friendly but the dogs dont like it either.

I shop in Pet Smart at least 3 times a month. I have 12 cats . When I come in and get my canned food I put it in nice neat stacks on the conveyer belt , for one so its easier to ring up for your cashiers and second I want it put in the bags the same way. I came in on 7/19/2015 and spent over a $100,00 before my discount was given, and your cashier proceeded to just throw the cans in the bag and I guess you were on short supply of bags because she put as many cans as she could possibly stuff in the bag . I had to re-bag them when I got to my car. If your employees dis like their job that much maybe they should find another. (Cashier only) Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I was there at around 10:15am so maybe you can look and see who the cashier was and train them the right way.

Been to this PetSmart multiple times ranging from picking up dog/cat food to having my pets bathed and trimmed. I have not one bad thing to say about this place. The staff is always friendly and treat my pets like a part of their family. Tara the manager is so sweet and takes time out of her busy schedule to make sure that customers are taken care of. This is by far the best PetSmart Ive ever been to and will continue to go because of the great service.

I went into pet smart an hour and fifteen minutes before closing for a nail grind for my two dogs and was told that yes they close at 6pm but they werent doing any more services because they were the only two there. Oh did I mention that there were NO other dogs in there. I wonder if it was there business, would they still turn money away? Wish I could give no stars, but some people their actually do like their job.

Well managed considering other store experiences. Not all Petsmarts are represented equally unfortunately, however this one is exceptional. Product on shelf is well represented, in-stock, and fronted. Check-out is usually 30sec and clean. The bathroom could be checked more often. We had a few less than favorable experiences with pee and trash on/surrounding the toilet. Otherwise, not so bad a store.

If I could zero stars for the grooming I would. A three pound dog should NOT take five hours. My usual groomer was unable to fit my dog in so at last resort I came here.The staff is full of a bunch of sarcastic ladies as well, not to mention the lady basically argued with how I wanted my dog cut. I will never come back here for grooming.

I took my Yorkie in today and when I picked him up he didnt even look like hed had been trimmed. So I hung around in the store and let Jennifer cut him a little shorter. When it was time to go my Yorkies hair was so "chopped up" and very uneven. I will not take my pets there again. Very disappointed.

You need to teach the petsmart employees about customer service. Your employees are incredibly helpful and informative, the ones in town on 23rd street are rude, judgemental and have no idea how to talk to customers.
