I went and bought an algae eater, and was told that I could bring it back if it died within the given time frame. It died three days after I bought it and when I came back to get it replaced they wouldnt accept it. They not only lied to me and my father, but also made us waste gas in our vehicles. I dont recommend buying from Pet Supplies Plus especially the one on Gull road.

Getting the preferred member discount with card, prices are decent! I love how I NEVER have to ask an employee to carry the 50 + lbs bags of dog food to the counter @ check out OR to the car! Its like they have someone specifically waiting for you to eyeball your dogs bag and BOOM .. Theyre right there offering to carry it for you! Love this place!

I love this store! A few reasons why: 1. Im always greeted when I enter 2. Associates are always willing to help, I never feel like Im bothering them 3. Prices are more reasonable than other pet stores 4. They carry high quality products 5. They will call extra cashiers too the register every time so there is never a wait I will always go back!

We upgraded from 1 fish in a bowl to 5 in a 10 gal aquarium! The staff made sure we had everything we needed to get it all set up but didnt try to "over-sell." The prices here are very comparable if not cheaper than other stores, especially if you have a pet supplies plus member card.

I did not have a very good experience with customer survice. I had stopped to grab bunnie supplies and waited twenty minutes for assistance.(Needed a few things off the top shelf) No one ever came, i left with nothing.

I have only shopped the aquatic section of this store. Decent selection of aquarium related products. Usually have a decent assorted cichlid selection. Friendly staff that is always willing to help if you need it.
