These guys are located on the southwest corner of 98 and Thomas Drive and just north of Dive Locker. Dont follow the Google Map. I went into Suncoast Aquariums for the first time this past week (OCT2010). THere was a good supply of both fresh and saltwater fish. The staff was friendly and they knew a lot about aquariums. I have been keeping fish for over ten years now and was looking to make the transition from fresh to salt. They knew the cheapest way to get something very satisfying yet rewarding out of my aquarium as opposed to just trying to get the biggest tank possible. I prefer these mom&pop aquarium stores better than the big chains because they have knowledgeable employees and are customer oriented. I trust these guys to take care of their fish better than those other stores and I look forward to going in there again.

Unclean. Truly a scary place for both customers and pets. Whoever runs this place clearly does not take pride in what they do. The presentation of the store is that of a flea market animal vendor storing goods for sale. Many reptiles per cage, far more than one would recommend, fish dead in nearly all the tanks, and dry goods stacked floor to ceiling. You might expect the prices to be better in a place like this, but they are only marginally so, and at best you can find some things here you might not find at a big box pet supply place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Eric the owner contacted me thru a Facebook post I made about the experience, and offered to make things right....gotta give him an "A" for effort. Obviously hes trying to run a respectable business and cant help that things dont always go right...at least he cared enough to respond.

Really good people! The workers will go out of their way unlike any other store to ensure that you are taken care of. They do layaway on pets for up to 30 days (with a small deposit) and ensure that no one messes with your animal while you pay it off. Good prices on alot of products and very knowledgeable

This was our first visit to the store. The reptiles were in great health, it smelled clean, they had everything we needed but couldnt find anywhere else and I cant wait to go back. yes, it took a few minutes to get checked out at the counter... but only because they were helping out several others!

This is the best pet store in Bay County if you are looking for "live" animals. They have the largest salt water fish selection I have been able to find. And best of all the staff is always courteous and very knowledgeable about everything they carry.

Especially with the new renovations and the consistent upgrading that I have noticed, this is a wonderful pet store and I highly recommend it. Not to mention that it has an incredibly wig selection of supplies.
