Everyone was wonderful to me and my scared English Mastiff. I had been working on her nails but they are black. I asked my vet to clip them and they do a 1/4 inch. Her nails are over long and I was asking them for help. I had become very concerned. By accident due to the parking at Publix (I needed to grab my prescriptions) and my girl was in the car, I saw a sign that said nail trimming. As said I had been extremely concerned about her long nails in general but one was noticeably bad and cause her toe to turn. I pointed that out to the vet tech. 1/4 inch trim. These wonderful people noticed right of the bat as bad and bad for her. Turns out the nail was dead and part of the quick was dead! They were so kind to me and I must admit I felt like a bad mom. Such an amazing job they did. This is the shortest her nails have ever been. She is a drug house rescue and her nails were bad but I have had her almost three years, as I said I feel like a bad mom. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me for the betterment of my beloved big girl. I honestly was thinking I was going to go back to the vet and have her put under to take care of that nail in particular and the rest. But for $10.00 they did what my vet has not. In fact my vet is afraid of her and forced me to muzzle her the last time I was there and she had panic attacks for two days and two straight nights. I will never allow her to be muzzled again! These ladies were not afraid of my girl and helped her! And let me go back with her, they possibly wanted me too because she was nervous and I was nervous and she is big and powerful. So another kindness to let me be with her. Thank you, thank you, thank you $10.00, when I was thinking of asking my vet to put her under to do her nails! Thank you!

My poor puppy! I took my pomsky( Pomeranian husky mix) in for a routine trim and bath. I told the groomer that my puppy needed quite a bit cut off but to keep in mind he has an undercoat. I didnt feel I should have to tell the groomer not to cut into the undercoat. However, when I picked up my puppy, he was practically shaved. His hair was 3 in long when I dropped him off and it was cut down to 1/4". They didnt bother to taper the hair from his face or tail into his body. They even neglected to trim the tail and around his ears. Pomeranians and huskies both have undercoats. I would think it would be common knowledge for a groomer to know not to shave into a dogs undercoat. If your like me who owns a dog with an undercoat, you have seen and heard all of the horror stories surrounding cutting into a dogs undercoat. I understand that in certain situations it is necessary to cut past a dogs undercoat for reasons such as bad grooming, tangling, matting, or an excessive amount of dirt. My boyfriend, knowing this, tried to call and talk to the groomer to find out why she cut the fur so short. Her response was simply " your girlfriend seemed pretty adamant about shaving him down as far as I could go." Now listen, this isnt my first rodeo. We have had Thor for almost 2 years now and groom him monthly, so we have gotten pretty good at explaining what we want. I would almost understand if I hadnt shown her a picture, but trust me I did! After explaining all of this her she responded with "I dont know what you want me to do, I cant make his hair grow back." Next time we need to get him groomed, we will make sure to find a groomer who LISTENS to their clients, rather than doing what they see fit.

Had my dog in for a grooming. The next day I noticed a gouged part on his nose that I know was not there prior to the grooming. The hair right above his nose was was obviously shaved. So it doesnt take to much to figure out what happened. Now I understand things happen, but not caring enough except to tell me it "emphatically " did not happen there and that my dog must have gotten "into" something was a real slap in the face. I was also told why did I not notice it when I picked him up. I didnt think I needed to go over his whole body. Needless to say, will not go back based on this treatment. Continue to treat customers this way and there won;t be any

My daughter and I went here today ,She has a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog and I have Yorkie. She wanted to try the Earthborn Holistic food and we wanted to check out the bathing section, when we got to the back of the store she ask a lady where the restrooms were, we had been shopping and by time we landed at the pet store it was time !!! We were informed that they did not have a restroom for customers, we had to go next door. My money is good enough for them but I am not good enough to use their restroom? I can do without their snobbery I will continue to spoil my babies elsewhere.

We were in PCB from out of town for the weekend and wanted to get our pet bathed and freshen up while we did some last minute shiping before our long ride home. We set up the appointment about a week ago to set everything up. Tbe staff was very friendly and helpful for our needs. The groomer even fixed a few bad lines in our pups hair done by another groomer. This place was great, would recommend them to anyone in the area.

We had baths in the self serve bath area. So nice. They have the soap already in the sprayer for you so you can wash, spray soap, then rinse. Thank goodness for a force dryer. And the Owner actually taught us how to use the force dryer (put it to the skin and it forces all the water out!) We got some great treats there too. Love this place.

Wow! What an amazing place! I was very lucky to have been blessed by Miss Chelsea and her sweet offer to help me with my cat. Ive been telling everyone I know that has a pet to pay you guys a visit! I didnt even mention the samples I was given to let my cats try before buying....Thank you for being awesome!!! Ill see you soon!!

Really great people at Earthwise. They care about pets! Every time I have a foster dog poster they put it up in their store! Got my pet groomed and she came home smelling good (not overwhelming) and cute in her bandana all trimmed up and tidy! Loved it!
