This is one of the nicest places for dogs in the country! The owners and staff continually seek out the coolest dog and cat products and create all-natural healthy treats for dogs. The pastry chef is amazing! My dogs are on the dog food and treats and I have begun using a supplement they have started carrying. I have never seen them treat anyone with anything other than the utmost respect and caring for the humans and their canine companions. They donate hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars in time and product each year. And if that wasnt enough have taken on the additional task of helping with the Louisville Dog Run Association permit sales. Everyone should be supporting this locally owned, really awesome business!

I was very disappointed with the customer service here. I came in today with my little pug and instead of being treated nicely, I was treated like a bad dog owner who needed education. I feel like because I didnt wear my nicest outfit I was treated like an idiot who was completely clueless about my own breed. For example, as soon as I walk in the door, I was asked if my dog even had his shots. I was also interrogated by one of the employees about how I care for my dog, like if I clean him right. I am very offended by the treatment I had there. Last time I checked this is a bakery, not some overly judgmental vet. I dont plan on returning.

This is a nice little place in St. Matthews. They sells lots of freshly-baked treats for your dog and offer a punch-card to get you free treats in the long wrong. They have a nice variety of healthy, vegetarian treats that my dog LOVES. They also have toys and clothes and a friendly staff. You can even purchase your Lousville Dog Run Park pass here which is convenient. I just wish they had more treats and toys for cats and more affordable pet clothes.

Selection of dog treats was very good! It took my German Shepherd about two weeks to go through one of the roap bones! The only thing that makes me hesitate to go back was the customer service. The gentlemen who helped us was rude and acted like we were taking up too much of his time. Needles to say, we bought what we needed and hurried out.

The gentleman that works at/maybe owns this location is extremely rude. Unfortunately this is the only store like this in the area, and my dogs love their homemade treats. I only get the treats for them on holidays so, luckily, I only have to go in there a couple times a year.

I love coming here almost as much as my dog Woody! Everytime we go we are greeted as soon as we walk in and the love they have for their animal shoppers is amazing! It doesnt matter what type it is. They are just awesome!

Any special occasion for my dogs, birthday/Christmas/Halloween, I always get something here and they love it. The dog accessories such as the leashes, beds, bowls are top quality, as well as the bakery goods ofcourse!

Nice place. The ladies working the store are very nice. Good selection of toys that are hard for dogs to tear up. Some Dog treats are like "home-made", and some are packaged from natural made companies.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in deciding what to get for my three dogs. Theyve specially made cakes and cookies for my pups as well. Always fun to drop in here.
