I was in the shopping center and decided to stop in for the first time to buy a rabbit litter tray. I was pleasantly surprised. This outshines the other big name pet stores I usually shop at. The associates were attentive and helping customers. The store was clean. There was a great selection and I found some neat pet accessories I havent seen at other stores. I ended up buying what I came for and got a great deal on a new cage for my rabbit. (Similar cages were 2x the price online.)

Worst experience today, a few minutes ago i came in here because i called earlier and asked if they could see my dog to trim her nails and wash her. The old lady in the grooming salon turned me away ( she is ALWAYS rude) glasses with dark hair VERY old. I have to say you have definitely lost a customer today this is NOT just a one time thing she is always rude and needs some manners . I only like the young blonde girl in grooming no matter what she always sees me and Chanel ( my puppy).

The lady was absolutely amazing....we adopted a lab from a rescue earlier this year and he has extreme anxiety, just leaving our driveway causes him to panic so I just knew it would be a nightmare having to get his nails trimmed but he was limping so it needed to be done....The lady was so great and patient with him, she let me stand right next to him so that he felt a little bit calmer.

management very rude. they killed my entire fish pond because of a lack of skilled employees. also dont write checks because they hold them for 5 days!!!! you cant even go back and get them to help you because they treat you like a criminal in front of the whole store. I felt very dissatisfied at the way business is done here. I wont back.

I use this pet depot for my dogs grooming. He does great here and always comes home looking great! I previously had been taking him to pet smart and he always seemed traumatized afterwards. I love that I found a place that makes him comfortable and treats my dog right!

I adore this pet store. Wonderful employees provide great service. If I hadnt moved forty minutes away this would still be my go to pet store. And still is really. If I cant order what I need Ill drive forty minutes to get it here.

My wife went there immediately after adopting our 6 week old chihuahua and every employee harassed her about adopting her "so young". Are you serious? If I wouldve been present it wouldnt have been nice.

Their products have been on the shelf too long and are no good. They only refund certain products, so you get stuck with worthless merchandise. I wont be back.

Pets are welcome inside. They run adoption/fostering outside from time to time. Dog food and treats are fairly affordable. I get most of my pet stuff here
