Groomers Horrible!! Set up appointment. Took our Baby there. He was excited to go, got there he was taken to back room? 1:44 pm. We left after signing for grooming. Received Call at 3:09 pm telling us they couldnt do anything for him? I said what? Again it was said, then the girl said that he was bitting at everybody so they couldnt take care of him.? I said you mean a Little, Little, dog and you all cant groom him??? We will be right there. We arrived, they wanted me to go in their backroom where they had taken him,to get him. I was shown where he was at by a groomer. He was scared to death in the very back of a locked kennel ( metal box 3 sides solid not the front metal floor grating ) with a water bowl with no water & without his collar. It appeared like someone had been teasing him? (I know my dog) Never would I subject an animal to this kind of treatment. I told them our Silky Terrier was 11 yrs old. 77 in human yrs. and needs to be treated with care. Not disrespect. We have brought him here in the past never had this happen. Pass this place up..

I had an appt. to have my dogs groomed today and the only thing that i was told was they needed to have rabies verification. I took my dogs on Tuesday and had the shots done two weeks early so I would have no problem. We walked in with our dogs and all the staff was grumbling because we walked in the the girl who started questioning my daughter of our appt information was nasty and rude when my daughter did not understand her question she looked at another staff member and rolled her eyes. Then they proceeded to question me when I came in from cleaning the floor from my dog they then told me about the 48 hour rule about shots.. She ask me if i wanted to speak to mger, when she called him on phone she had attitude when she ask me. The mger was not very apologetic point blank store policy. This is not the first time PetSmart has been this way. I am sorry they overbooked but they did not have to be so rude about everything. I get alot for my dogs there but not any more if that is how they treat the customer.

I feel as though ive failed my baby boy! I am very disappointed and displeased. My dog was returned to me dehydrated (his tongue was pale, pink and cracking, and he couldnt stop panting) and was smelling worse than before he was groomed. I called from the parking lot before leaving to let the Grooming Dep. know and I was told that he received two baths and that maybe it was something I was doing wrong. He smells like outside and old wet dog. I know my dog, the only odor he omits is the funky frito corn chip smell from his feet. I am dissatisfied with the way his hair turned out, he looks dry (as in not conditioned) and his hair is now extremely frizzy. Ive also just noticed that he was knicked by the clippers on his belly. The staff failed to report that to me or put it on his Pawgress Report. I cant believe I paid $56 dollars for this, I am completely and utterly dissatisfied, do NOT take your babies here!

Called ahead of time to ask about $1/gallon fish tank sale The lady who answered very nicely told me there was one tank left, a 40 gallon breeder, exactly what I was looking for. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to this Petsmart on Outer Loop, and they had nicely reserved the tank for me at the front of the store; however, when I went to checkout, the tank was priced at $89.99. A manager was called to the front to enquire the matter, and she said that the sale had ended about 2 days ago, she thinks. She was not at all apologetic, and their poor communication and one nice ladys mistake led to a new customer wasting around 45 minutes of his time and ~$6 in gas money. Will not be returning to Petsmart, especially not to this location.

Those people obviously dont know what their talking about I take my dog there and its a big dog. Would you want your little dog running around outside of a cage, no you wouldnt so where do you suggest they put your dog. Ive had the best care for my dog that Ive ever had . There is a clear window there for everyone to see plus they are extremely busy so do you think they would take the time out of their day just to tease your dog. I dont think so that review is just totally untrue

Very rude people here. I asked an associate to get a fish for me, and he acted as if I were inconveniencing him. Plus he was not that knowledgeable in the fish department. This place is a little larger than a local mom and pop pet store, nothing to fancy. The cashier did not even greet me, or asked if I had found everything I was looking for. All in all bad experience here, Ill be sticking to the one off Westport

Horrible place. Terrible customer service. Sat and waited 20 minutes for someone to get me some crickets, the lady even called on the intercom that someone needed help back there and guess what!! Nobody ever came!! They werent even busy.. And this is probably the third time this has happened to me. What a joke. Sick of wasting my time, will never come here again.

The store itself is a little messy and the front automatic door screams at you while metal drags across metal - but not the worst condition for the area. We had a coupon for a free bag of dog food (nice!) and cashier Jessica went above and beyond to help us price match flea medicine to their website and saved almost $40! Overall pretty good experience.

I went here to look into getting a small rodent like a hamster, asked a store worker if she could show them to me. Her exact response, "Eww I hate hamsters, Im more of a snake or rat person". Newsflash, I didnt drive to Petsmart to buy something you liked. So she literally talked about her personal pet snakes and rats then walked off. Zero help

The worst service of any vet I have ever been to. Feel like the lady at the front desk of the vet is trying to sell me a used car. Very "sales like". Very slow service. Just an overall bad experience and this was my second time, I had gone back against my better judgement after a first bad experience. And did I mention slow and rude?!

Shelves seem to be always stocked with what I need so that is a plus. Negative---the automatic door at the entrance needs some serious maintenance, or at least a can of WD-40. Cashiers are always friendly although there is often a long line which could easily be remedied by opening another register.

If you can actually get an appointment AND they dont cancel the appointment they do a great job! I really like the way they treat my dog but have had 2 appointments cancelled on me and one that took almost 4 hours since it seems that most of the time they are understaffed and over booked.
