For such an expensive place, you would expect the best care of your babies. Received a call on vacation that my cat had "escaped" because of their carelessness in leaving a window open. My cat will never be found, and they lied about trying to look for it when I showed up to them sitting at a desk unexpectedly. Do not take your pets here, because I would not want this to happen to anyone.

I have been taking my pets to Alpha for over a year now. I have one dogs to can be a little difficult, and they are very good with him. They go out of their way to make sure my pets are happy and well cared for. I couldnt imagine taking them anywhere else. Thanks to Dustain and his staff. Keep up the good work !!

I called to get information from this vendor on pricing for boarding and training. The woman who answered the phone had a tone that was less than desired. She acted as if I interupted her soap operas. My beloved family member WILL NOT go anywhere near this place.
