The service this store provides is truly astounding. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with open arms and smiles. The overall mood of the store reflected on the personalities of the two, very kind and gorgeous woman rebecca and melinda. Quickly remembering my name, rebecca noticed my confused but excited face and asked if Ive been here before. Once I told her no, she told me about the other stores and gave me a card and info about the store. Showing me many of their fantastic pieces, the store was clean and the music choices matched my own tastes. They even engaged on casual conversation with me and didnt pressure me into buying anything. Very calm, caring and eccentric people plus a fantastic environment AND amazing music and products? I honestly couldnt ask for more. I honestly feel like I could come here everyday. They treat you like a friend first then a customer. Thats what makes this store and their employees seem more like a family and a home rather than associates and a typical shop.

From the outside the shop already looks great then you open the door.... What first gets me is how clean it is! Immaculate actually. The vast assortment of products and very reasonable prices stands out! The staff members are always knowledgeable and helpful. I will make this my only smoke shop I go to for as long as Im living here! 5 out of 5. Boom. CBD Oil Review Green Roads 350mg Original Flavor Earthy taste with a hint light citrus almost peach lemon flavor. The medical properties started about 10-15 min after ingesting. While also taking orally I am using via a vape pen. The taste mellows out evenly. The smoke taste slightly earthy as well. I feel calmer and more relaxed. The stress is melting off my shoulders to where Im able to be under control. Its a definate try for those who are interested in CBD oil. I recommend 4/5 because nothing is perfect. Check these guys out!

VERY DISSAPOINTED with customer service! Confused after seeing all these great reviews on service not sure what happened.. Came in for a small purchase but was interested in more after seeing the great selection available. Very impressed by store until I mentioned to the salesgirl how great the store is and was met with silence and then a robotic explanation of the product she was handling. After asking about the loyalty program and needing her to repeat her monotone description that I couldnt understand, she proceeded to speak to me like I was a "high teenager" and just repeated herself over and over like I was too dumb to understand. Was very impressed at first but will NOT BE BACK to spend my money here!! Would have been happy to find a new good smoke shop of this quality but the uninterested patronizing service was enough to make me never come back.

DONT EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RHESE GUYS THEY SELL SUCH BAD QUALITY THAT EVEN THIEVES WOULDNT STEAL THEIR STUFF!!! The only reason they have good reviews is because they say "leave us a good review and youll get this crappy lighter for free". Dont ever buy from these guys I went in to buy a hookah and we tested two of the cheap 30 dollar hookahs before we bought them and they both were not functioning and then the guy told me to buy a higher quality one so I did and that one doesnt work either and when I tell the owner I want to return it he said no returns even though I had just bought it an hour before. They are schemers and thieves and dont deserve honest peoples money.

Fantastic place to go!!! Tim and Kyle were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as soon as I stepped in the door. Totally would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Also if you are someone who lives somewhere like Plant City or Lakeland ,and you are looking for a professional shop with great prices this is the place if you live far it is worth the drive you will not regret it. Make sure to get in on their free Loyalty Card everyone loves a loyalty system free pipes, free soap, etc... just keep going there and buying stuff I will definitely be returning excited for future purchases!!! Love this shop!!!

I honestly cant say enough good things about this shop. Ive shopped here twice now and each time Ive had the best and most informative customer service experience ever. Kyle is a walking encyclopedia. Im pretty sure the only thing he doesnt know the answer to is the meaning of life.... then again, I wouldnt be surprised. The other associate that was there is equally knowledgeable and awesome but I didnt grab his name before leaving. Dont waste your time at another shop, the quality of service alone is enough to warrant repeat visits. Just go.

This shop was really judgemental of the people that was trying to shop they assume that the person may be trying to do something illegal when they are not so they immediately judge their customers before ever selling them anything in my opinion I would never go here I would pick some other shop these people might be new but they are certainly judgemental people toward what you may want to shop for it my suggestion is to go to the angry elephant or to the hot box up here on 60 thats less than a mile away from them

DONT BUY THEIR ATOMIZER COILS. ONLY A CROOK SELLS BAD PRODUCTS WITH NO RETURNS EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS MALFUNCTIONING IN FRONT OF THEIR FACE. The manager charged me for a coil that doesnt work. My coil works producing good smoke but when I tried theirs it didnt work producing little smoke. Clearly their products arent good and customer service isnt good as well. This is the second time this happened at their store. Theyre clearly selling bad products. Im not going back anymore.

Went into the shop nearing closing time to purchase a battery for my E-Cigg. Timothy was very knowledgeable and helpful for my my needs...I inquired about other products while I was there. Ive been to other shops in the area and felt that this dominated ALL .....!!!! Ubebeen in retail mngmnt for 15 yrs. I never leave reviews but I felt that this review was a must..hats off to Tim for outstanding customer service...I also referred a bunch of my alssociates to check this place out

Really friendly staff here "Vince" is my favorite guy to deal with here, He always helps us out in finding what we need. They have an awesome assortment of "water pipes" and other smoking needs..Also their music is awesome! Would recommend this place to my friends in a heartbeat. Tho one friendly suggestion to the owner, I would love to see more of a variety on hookahs and Shisha :)

Best experience i had with Rebeca at the Brandon location she was very helpful and super friendly, i am very happy with the service provided and the products i bought , the shop was super clean, well organized and loved the artwork and the music was pretty awesome as well, overall they are doing it right at good timez smoke shop, thank you guys !!!

Had a great experience, was greeted as I was walking up to the door. Very clean place, good vibe as you walk in. They have good quality glass for cheap, definitely the best in the area. Was helped by Arianna, who was very nice, helped me with all my needs and answered any questions I had. Would recommend you check the place out if you have not.
