I have been serching tampa for a nice place to kick back & enjoy a good cigar. after visting several spots in the tampa area i begain to just seatle for one. just as i decied to seatle a fellow smoker told me about a place were he started going to relax that place was CIGAR CASTLE OF TAMPA on 56st.just off of Fowler at last i was impressed with there no hastle policy and friendly staff just willing and waiting to share thier knowlage of there fabulos inventory with me, any questons i had where answered in a kind way not like other places that treated me like i was a bother or they just didnt have time for me. thats not even the best part of it all, the costumers where just as friendly as the staff even they where willing to help the new guy feel at home and the owner is a cool dud he took me around the place to have a look then personally introduced me to every one there now every one knows my name and i know theres . this is a great place to hang out they really know how to make you feel like you are an old friend. go and check it out for your self and see.

I absolutely love this place. Great beer selection, fantastic people, every person in there, including the patrons, is amazingly friendly. Now, its a cigar bar, so needless to say, there are people smoking cigars. They have an enormous humidor and from what I can tell about every cigar made. Ok, so its a cigar bar and people smoke in it, and I dont smoke. That is the ONLY reason I cant give it five stars. However, they do keep the air as clean as anywhere I have seen. You cant filter 100% of it, but they do a great job. Does it smell like cigars, yes of course. Does it make your eyes burn and throat raw, no, it did not, at all. I was sitting next to somebody who said they were allergic to cigarette smoke, and they said it was tolerable for them. So if you smoke cigars, 100% its 5 stars. If you are a non-smoker looking for a great selection of draft beers (50 plus) AND you can tolerate the smell, then absolutely go here. This is my go to spot for great beer in the Temple Terrace area!

Easily one of the best, if not THE best cigar shop I have been to in Tampa. I walked in the door as an unknown "tourist" and was greeted by Atul (the owner) as if I was a regular. The ambience of the castle is something you have to experience to truly enjoy - an online rating just doesnt say enough to honestly represent the experience! I had the honor of meeting some of the "regulars" who, within moments of meeting me, welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Entering the humidor will bring you back to feeling like a child in a candy store - an unbelievable selection of both hard to find cigars and the most current releases are all right there on the shelves. Pulling up a chair at the bar is highly recommended, as you will meet Zoe, whose wit and knowledge behind the bar will both entertain you and amaze you as he works. If you find yourself in Tampa, you NEED to make a point of stopping by. Make sure you allow plenty of time, as you will not want to leave once you pull up a chair!

Ive been a patron at cigar castle for about 4 years now. I usually visit in the morning or afternoon due to my schedule. Around from late morning to mid afternoon Cigar Castle usually has a few visitors who enjoy a quiet, more classy place to sit down and enjoy a cigar with relaxed conversation with other enthusiasts. As the day progresses Cigar Castle gets more lively (in a good way), but I havent visited late often enough to give a proper review on that time frame. Cigar Castle has a large humidor, and the largest selection of cigars Im Tampa that I know of, and also has a full scale, full service bar, and the staff has always been nice and caring, showing genuine interest in their visitors. Atul (owner) and his employees are knowledgeable cigar connoisseurs and the bartenders surely know their stuff. In contrast to multiple other cigar lounges I can name in the Tampa area, Cigar Castle is my go-to place for all these reasons.

Ive been frequenting this cigar lounge since 2007, and it has always been an outstanding place to unwind and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere along with good company, be it among my personal friends or the lounges frequenters. The place recently underwent some rennovations, adding a full bar with 22 rotating beer taps of outstanding microbrews and a full liquor bar! Now I suspect I shall spend far too much time and money here; that said, I expect Ill not regret it. If you are not a smoker, fear not; the smoke eaters in the place keep it thoroughly breathable. Staff is both competent and personable, all one could ask for. WIthin a few visits, they will likely know you by name; truly the best, most personable bar and cigar lounge around. Obnoxious fellow customers are not tolerated merely for the sake of business

This place rocks!!! I have visited The Cigar Castle several times in the past prior to the renovation, and WOW, what a difference between then and now. While they have always had an extensive selection, I was able to find just about any cigar I could think of, from the well know Montecristo to the newly released EVM. They now have 22 different beers on tap if memory serves me correctly, and what seemed to be hundreds of different bottles. While the bar staff added to my overall experience, the ability for me to enjoy my favorite spirits with my perfectly paired cigars was somewhat of a religious experience! You have to try it to understand.

Cigar Castle is where you want to go! They have a very nice selection of cigars all across the board. I happened to chose Cigar Castle over the other cigar lounges in Tampa and I am very glad I did. The atmosphere is exactly what I look for at every lounge I go to. Great friendly people and nice comfortable chairs. The ventilation system here is one of the best I have been to. I brought my mother here to enjoy her first cigar. (It was not too smokey for her with seven people smoking) She really enjoyed her Tabak. So much so that she will come out again. Next time I come visit her in Orlando I will make the drive to enjoy a cigar here again.

Cigar Castle is fantastic. They offer a great selection of cigars thats easily a few steps above most, if not all, local retailers. The front desk staff are fantastic and are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Its a very rare combination to have. They also have a great selection of craft beers and liquor, however, this is my only gripe about the location: the bartenders are less than attentive, and thats putting it very lightly. Otherwise, I HAVE to give this place 5 stars.. if youre considering visiting a cigar lounge in Tampa, make sure its Cigar Castle. You wont regret it!

This place started as my go-to for a good cigar on pay day. Their selection is huge and reasonably priced. Now, with the inviting atmosphere, full liquor bar, comfortable leather couches and 22 rotating taps with some great beer selections, CIgar Castle is without a doubt the best place to relax with a stogie and drink in Tampa. I go in every week and the owner and staff, as well as other patrons, are very welcoming to old and new comers. Great place for good conversation and the best company to keep. Local jazz bands and pianists are a regular. Dont miss out. This place is one of a kind.
