I had my belly done here back in November by Dustin, and he was perfect! Im very picky about the shops that I go to, and Im extremely picky about who I let pierce me. I have a total of 5 piercings right now, and Im going to get my Tragus done soon. I will definitely be going to Up In Smoke!!! I highly recommend Dustin, he was very knowledgeable about the piercing I was getting done, and gave me the complete rundown of what to expect and what may happen. He was honest about the fact that my body may reject the piercing, and that due to the shape of my naval that over time from laying down the skin may stretch and my ring my push out. BUT its still going strong, its healed beautifully, and I have no problems with it at all!!! He made sure everything was sterile and properly placed. After he pierced me he took plenty of time to explain how to take care of my new piercing, and he made sure that I understood all that he said. Ive been to other shops where they just spit info out as quick as possible, and you cant even retain what they just said to you. Up In Smoke is the only place I will go to for a piercing now. Also, the room that you are pierced in is very nice and clean, its almost like a hospital lol.

Went to Purple Haze before coming here, huge mistake. Up In Smoke is such a professional environment, no creepy, weird gimmicks going on behind the scenes. It took us ten minutes, in and out. When we went in to get my cartilage pierced, could not have asked for better service. We went in and were immediately seen. He had a smile on his face and was ready to answer every single question we had, he even knew exactly what the body rings were made of! He told us all about what he was going to do and how, it was a very nice and clean place, and when he took us back to the piercing room, it looked just like a doctors office, I felt safe and in good hands. Todd even gave us free q tips to use, and gave us a pamphlet that he made for cleaning and how to care for every type of piercing. It was the best experience Ive ever had at a piercing shop, and he even told us that he would lower our price from $35 to $33 since that was all I had in my card (I had more in cash so we paid all). Favorite place to be, and will always come back!

My friend and I went to Up in Smoke to get our navels pierced. Amanda did both of our piercings and I was so surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful she was. She explained the whole piercing process and truly put our minds at ease. She was very careful to maintain sterility and cleaned everything in between me getting a piercing and then my friend getting hers. She even spent time after our piercings telling us exactly what to expect in the next 6 weeks and what to do to best care for our new belly button rings. We both left completely satisfied and in love with our new piercings. 3 days later, my piercing is doing great and looks awesome. Thanks Amanda!

I got my cartilage pierced a week ago, and so far so good. It didnt hurt at all and it hasnt really hurt at all. Up in Smoke was very clean and everyone inside was so nice! Tod explained everything he was doing and he was seriously the best. The piercing didnt hurt at all and he gave me all the necessary directions to keep it clean and told me to call if I had any problems. I got the stud and it did cost $65, which is expensive, but its high quality and so cute and totally worth it. I will be going back here for all of my future piercings!!

Absolutely love Todd. Went today to get my nose pierced and he went through any and every possible thing that could go wrong and how to prevent it. Also, went a few months ago to get my naval pierced and he wouldnt do it because he said I was so small it would grow out within a few months and he wanted to save me the money. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and I would definitely recommend him.

Ive been going here for years and have gotten to know the staff pretty darn well! They are great people and will treat you right as long as you dont walk in acting a fool. The best smoke shop around and I hear the piercings are expertly done. Cant wait to get Tod to do my industrial once my budget allows. As long as up in smoke is around they have my business!

Todd is very arrogant. He talks about how good he is & acts as if he has so many customers that he doesnt mind losing a few. He actually chased me and a friend to our car saying he Wouldnt want to pierce someone as stupid as me.
