Im from the Orlando area, and this is hands-down the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. The workers there are respectable and really easy to talk to. If you ever have a question on anything from tobacco products to e-cigs to hookahs and beautiful glass blown pendants they are more than happy to help. I always have a great experience whenever I go to the shop. If theres a product that they are out of, they improvise with their large variety of products. They restock every week are more than willing to specially order any product you need. If you are a student, they have a 10% discount. Sometimes they hook you up with an even better deal at 25% off weekly deals they do on exclusive glass, hookahs, e-cigs, and many more. I always leave as a satisfied customer, always come back wanting more, and excited to browse what new intricate products they have to offer. This shop, and its employees, know their stuff. I am baffled to see someone rate it a one star when it deserves nothing less than five.

Going here is not a mistake. Prices are outstanding! Genuine and authentic products here. I bought a GENUINE, NON-COUNTERFEIT, Tesla 120w TC yesterday, and bought a GENUINE, Aspire Atlantis V2 here today. The employees are more than extremely friendly. They will do whatever they can to help you get what you want or need. Every question I asked, they answered and explained their answer. Something I didnt know, they educated me. Because of their knowledge and willingness to serve me as a consumer, I am now able to further my experience in vaping. These guys are straight forward, and will not play games with you. If you smoke hookah or cigarettes, or vape pens or boxes, The Underground Smoke Shop is most certainly a shop that you must visit.

Recently Bought some Ecig Harware, and checked the security codes online. They turned out to be fake. Once you know theyre selling counterfeit stuff, its really Dangerous to buy any products from their store, for health and safety issues. Bad or counterfeit nicotine products can cause serious damage, counterfeit vaping equipment specially batteries are known to explode and cause serious injuries!!!..... (Edit July,2015) Zach, I did bring the item and you showed me the tiny notice on the wall that said "no returns" before you turned me away and you were not as nice in person as you are here on google. I will have to ensure my safety before I set foot in that shady little shop of yours.

The guys there know their Inventory forwards and back. I only go there for hookah related purchases but their selection on all their products is diverse and you can usually find what you need for a good price. If they dont have it in-stock they can usually order it for you and it will come in fairly quickly and in my case it was cheaper than ordering online. Amazing help, these guys really know what theyre talking about when it comes to smoking everything from tobacco to the new vapor fad. They are also the ONLY shop of any kind that Ive had the opportunity to actually text via Kik and they responded relatively quick with both the answers I was looking for and even took the time to take items off the shelves to take a picture and send it to me. Recommend it to any and everyone that wants to go to a real smoke shop.

Best owner Mike. Extremely friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy. Relaxed. The staff that Ive met have all been passionate and knowledgeable about glass. They carry beautiful high end, undoubtedly authentic products, from brands such as Toro, Illadelph, Roor, Sheldon black, Pulse, Hi Si, Zob, hbg... all at the best prices. Even a nice stem, slide, nail etc.. Collection! Seriously, go ahead and compare this place to any shop with a 727 or 813 area code...

This place sucks the people that work here dont even know what they have or dont have and when I ask for another smoke shop in the area the guy told me to Google it. So I did and found way better smoke shops in the same area.This place is over priced and their stuff sucks.. The people that work there are rude and theres a crazy racist homeless guy that will try to attack you outside of the store. Only loosers shop there. I will never go there again.

I love these guys prices and staff, who are very knowledgeable about their products and give good, candid advice. The only issue is that their selection and stock could use some work. The last time I went, they barely had any glass pieces in my price range and said theyd have more in a week or two, so I had to bend my budget a bit. All in all though, solid staff, solid knowledge, and really good prices.

The underground smoke shop is definitely one of the best in Tampa. They have great service, very knowledgeable people, and great pieces for sale. They also have great giveaways I was lucky enough to receive first place and won a $450 illadelph signature piece. If you want high quality glass this is the place to go great products for great prices! Dont sleep on this shop!
