This place is so awful. There is a better smoke shop right next door. Ive bought blunts from here twice and both times every single one of them was stale. I spent about $10 each both times so I got about 7-8 packs each time. I finally decided after the second time I was going back. Usually $10 or less isnt worth me driving all the way back but this time I decided it would be worth it after the second time. I get back to the shop and tell the lady about my experience, and she offers to replace all the blunts I purchased. So as soon as she gave them to me I started opening them in the store, and surprise surprise all of them were stale. I insisted she remove the products from the shelves as ALL of the juicy blunts were old and stale to prevent more people from going through the same torture. At this point its Ive been through a little under 30 packs. The lady was very apprehensive to give me a refund and insisted that I get more stuff from the store instead but since almost every blunt in the entire store is stale I decided to opt for some rolling papers in exchange and vowed never to come back. She then had the nerve to say that shes been selling these same blunts for weeks and hasnt had any issues...but then I asked her how many people would be willing to get back in their car after driving all the way home and opening the blunts to realize they are stale? for 99 cents? I told her not many people would honestly care enough to do that even myself after the first didnt care enough to come back and the only reason I did this time was because it was the second time and I live right down the street. The owner refused to come out and face me and hid in the back room watching me on camera. This place seriously sucks, they dont care about customers, they dont care if they sell a stale product, or wether or not you end up with said product. The owner was also a coward and didnt even attempt to rectify the situation or come out to apologize to me. The best part is that there is a smoke shop on the same side of the road not even 500ft away from this one next to Qdoba. Go there instead, bought stuff there fresh and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

If youre in the market for cheap glass and awful customer service then this is the place for you. This shop has sold low quality glass to many people I know at ridiculously high prices. Some of their pieces were even broken in the shop it seemed. The owner overcharges and rips off paying customers in order to line his pockets with money. Literally everything in this shop is overpriced. This business seems to pick an extra couple bucks over customer satisfaction and loyalty. Do not be surprised if you go there a lot and end up getting ripped off. The employees seemed generally apathetic besides 1 or 2 of them who were actually helpful. Overall if you are looking for a shop with quality glass that can provide good prices and a good experience, this is not the place for you.

Visited this shop as an out-of-town guest before a cruise vacation departing from the Port of Tampa. First, the inventory and selection was impressive, from rolling material to grinders to glass, and newer gadgets related to concentrate or vaping as well. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I needed. I even called hours ahead of time before arriving in Tampa to inquire about a product, and they knew exactly what I was looking for. When it came time to checkout, they even gave me a bonus accessory item for free, knowing I was just an out-of-state visitor and would likely not be back. Overall, this shop had an impressive selection of wares and good customer service.

Extremely Rude and prices are wack! I walked in and asked if they had any herbal blends. This guy that was high as a kite showed me the stuff. I asked if it had synthetic THC. He yells get out, we dont sell that here, I say I was just making sure cuz I dont want that. He goes o ok, well what are you looking for, I say something relaxing. He again yells Get out!, there is nothing in this shop that is relaxing!...I say what? he says get out bro!...hmmm...I can maybe understand if he was trying to make sure his shop doesnt get in trouble, but he was just NASTY. Could have just said you cant say relaxing...never, ever going back

Stopped here after visiting a few other shops in the area and they definitely had the best selection and atmosphere. Didnt expect to find a shop as good as the one back home, pleasant surprised. Really helpful, informed and attentive employees. I was greeted the second I walked in the door and the girl behind the counter made sure to pay attention to all the customers equally. As a customer service supervisor, this is extremely important to me and I was more than pleased. I am shocked by the older bad reviews I read here and completely disagree with them - polar opposite of my experience.

We came here when we first moved to Tampa and have enjoyed it ever since! Brian is the best! Great prices, several deals, huge selection of all kinds of goodies, awesome staff, very welcoming feel. They look small from the outside but they actually have a large section and use the space really well. Go when you have a little bit of time. There is so much to look at and sometimes there is only one person working. I like that for each type of product they carry several options from high quality, top of the line items to the bare basics, all well-priced.

This place is a joke!!! Yeah they have nice items for sale but the owner is a douche and doesnt have a clue on running a buisness. Me and my husband were in there looking at pipes and my husband asked how much something was and the owner thought he said bong and said we needed to leave. He said no such thing. We explained that we don't even use that word and he laughed and said are you sure? After that I was over it. No way am I going to spend my money in a store were u get treated like crap. The hot spot in Brandon is much better! Go there

RIP-OFF!!! I bought an E-cig kit on 2/3.Got it home fully charged it and found out I needed something a little better.Cleaned it out ,reboxed it and took it back 2/6. They would not exchange it for a better one because "its a personal item" when all they really had to do was change the mouthpiece. If you choose to shop there anyway make sure they open and charge everyone you want to try to make sure you get what you want.otherwise youre screwed.

Great shop, cleanest and most welcoming atmosphere Ive seen in the city. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, they make sure that you get what you need and dont try to force anything on you. The selection is huge and perfect for any budget. They have a loyalty program that lets you earn pipes and grinders. My only complaint is that they wont stop giving me free stuff, how do I support them hahaha.
