I only say is OK simply because of the wait for a cashier. I get that sometimes it happens and there may not be with employees that day. But its happened more than a few times. There are enough registers but not enough staff I guess. That staff that is there is usually knowledgeable about the section they with in, and are friendly. So if you dont mind a little wait then come here. The prices are pretty good too.

Horrible staff, every time Im in there the staff acts like its an inconvenience to help you, my most recent visit ended with me and 4 other customers standing up front with no cashier or employee in sight, and when she did come up she was nasty , they suck, be warned!!!

Hours on website for groomers dont meet reality. Have taken my pup 2 times when website states groomers available and groominh area closed
