Bought a Bearded Dragon there about a month and a half ago. When I purchased the dragon the employee dropped it on the floor from about 3 feet up. She quickly shuffled it into the carrier box they give you. Unfortunately my son told me about this 2 days after we purchased it and brought it home. The Bearded Dragon died today. We brought it to the vet and were told it died from internal injuries. After I told the vet about it being dropped she said that would definitely coincide with the reason for it dying. I will NEVER go to this pet store again thanks to their worthless employees!!!!!

I am absolutely disgraced with petsmart. I recently found a stray kitten, I decided to take the kitten in as one of my own. I was only getting a routine check just to make sure she was safe to be around my other cats. Why in the world would they not tell me my cat had a broken leg. I had to rush her to an emergency because she was so sick and in so much pain I eventually had to do the humane thing and put her to sleep. why the hell couldnt you people not tell me something was wrong with the leg this poor kitten was in so much pain

Very aggravating when employees of the store have inconsistent information. I was told that I could get my cat nails clipped but only on the weekend. I called and said I would be in for 2. I get there and they tell me they only do it on the weekdays. I express how I just talked to someone and told them I was coming in. A snooty sorry is not acceptable.

The grooming was beautiful. Unfortunately both my dogs who are fully vaccinated and meet no other dogs both got kennel cough here. The vet said he had had several people recently who had dogs with kennel cough from Petsmart. I did call them and hopefully everything gets a good bleaching.

Very good experience with the doggy-daycare staff. Lovely people. It is a bit of a bummer that they dont have the outdoors part to their facility and it does complicate the putty training, but otherwise, especially if the dog is trained already- they are great!

All of their aquariums are well cared for. They gave me a free water test on my aquarium water. They also have a huge selection of freshwater fish and a decent number of accessories. The Dollar Per Gallon sales (3 or 4 times a year) is the time to buy a tank.

Weve had good experiences with the grooming there for our mini poodle for the price. Wish they didnt have to crate them but what can ya do. The employees in the store have always been friendly and I appreciate the clearance toy bin (as does my dog).

PetSmart has some of the most well informed and congenial employees of any pet store in Montgomery County. I rarely leave with unanswered questions. They also price-match items found in other stores. Laura has a wealth of information to give!

Had a great experience with the puppy training classes. Val is awesome. Staff always seems excited to see dogs walking around the store. Have also had good luck with freshwater tropical fish from this store.
