This place is awful!!!! Do NOT get a pet from this store. First of all, all pet supplies plus stores train their workers to say "we can not guarantee the gender of the animal" which really means "we are too lazy to train our workers." We bought a femal pet rat from them, which they put her in a cage with males, so I asked them if she was pregnant if I could return the babies. They said that was fine. 5 weeks later, they tell me that I cant return them and I am now stuck with 13 babies. Thanks a lot, you liars!!

Everytime I go I know that Ill find what Im looking for. They have a good variety of treats, toys and food is more economic than other places. Plus they have a doggie wash area thst I can use to clean my dog, they provide shampoo, I think conditioners too, towels and hair dryer. Pretty much whatever you need. The only thing is that it might get over crowded sometimes and sometimes theres only one person at the register

I called asking if they had an item and they said yes. Drove there only to find out the person whod said it had told me incorrectly as they didnt have the item Id asked. A little frustrating and not the best customer service experience.

This store has pretty much everything you would need for your pet. The staff is friendly and can help with any questions one may have. The prices are reasonable as well. Its a store worth checking out if your a pet owner.

Excellent selection, dog friendly, helpful staff, good parking for those bulky items, and the staff will help with heavy items if you need it. Well appointed dog washing facilities are also in the store.

The prices are pretty decent, especially in comparison to some of the other Pet Food store. Get the membership card, its worth it. And everyone is always very nice.
