The grooming department in this store is aweful! This is the second time I have made an appointment online, gone to the store, and then had to leave only to come back becaue the booking was wrong. The first time my appointment must not have gone through because they didnt see it on their end. They couldnt even accommodate me and made me leave to come back at a later time that day. Just today I booked an appointment for 1:30 and I even have a confirmation email but when I got to the store they told me my appointment isnt until 5:30. I went back into my email and showed them my appointment time, I confirmed it was made at this store abd for 1:30. The woman explained "I dont know what to do, you can leave your dog here but we wont see him until 4. Does she really think I want to leave my dog in a crate at the store for 3 hours? the woat customer service.

This has always been my go to store for all of my pet needs. I have two miniature dachshunds. One is named Frank, and the other is named beans. Frank and Beans went through puppy training at this store and graduated with pride even though they never learned to read. But now I hit them.up for dog food and treats. Blue brand dog food is off the hizzy! Ha! Yeah, you all understand what I am saying.

The place didnt have any beta fish. Its a pet store you would expect it to have pets? Then when I was leaving. I was accused of stealing a 0.69$ dog collar tag that I struggled to put back on the shelf 3ft away from 2 sales associates. The one said "it looked like you put it in your pocket". Cant go to a place where I seem like a stealer

With the new Walmart (yuck) nearby the parking is a bit of a nightmare but the grooming salon is well worth it. The girls who work there obviously love the animals and even our new dog (a nervous rescue) loves going there. The dogs come out all shiny and clean and most importantly well cared for.

Upon entering store, associate saw me and walked in opposite direction. Wasnt acknowledged by anyone in this store, even after I was by the adoptable kittens for over ten minutes. Left without buying anything. Clean store gives it a 2 star rating.

This is one of my favorite pet stores. I always have wonderfully pleasant experiences while there. The staff are incredibly helpful and very nice. Theyll help you find whatever you need and really seem to care about your pets.

This is my go-to location for my pet shopping. They offer a huge variety of pet foods and everything is always well stocked. The store is always clean when I shop there.
