I went on line to find what I wanted. It said it was at the store so I drove directly to the one listed. I was directed to the area but couldnt find it. The same man came back there and said I see you need some help help wasnt the problem. The problem was it was NOT in stock. Then I was told web site is wrong you always need to call. I had to purchase one at a higher cost. BAIT & SWITCH SHAME ON YOU........

Sunday 8 to 7 pm. Get there at 650pm for a propane refill, really nasty told me,we closed what kind of customer service is this? nothing but pure laziness,,, i wish they would change the open hours becouse they shut down the door 10 min before the posted times so customers dont waste their time running there at clossing time. Get there at least 1/2 hour from the posted time.

I asked if they had a multiple purchase discount, the guy said no. I asked if they made deliveries, the guy said no. I asked if they had rentals for pick up, the guy said no. I asked myself if they have customer service? I said to myself no. No effort to explain anything, very robotic and cold. How can they not have delivery service?

ITS SATURDAY, AND FINALLY AFTER 2 ATTEMPTED CALLS TODAY, TO THE MT. POCONO STORE, SOMEONE FINALLY DID PICK UP ... AFTER 18 RINGS! LOVE THE STORE ... BUT PHONE SERVICE IS OUTRAGEOUSLY RIDICULOUS .... AND POOR AT BEST!!! DOESNT MATTER THE LOCATION...CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE THE PRIORITY ..... !!!!!!!

You can call but no one will answer. While tractor supply is a great place, in Mt. Pocono they still have to hire lazy New Yorker transplants.
